Service was fast and since I sat in my truck during the service I was able to observe what was going on. I was a little nervous because of some of the negative reviews but for me everything was ok. Now the real test will be when I bring my wife vehicle

Quick and fast!

I tried to change my own oil to save a few bucks and ended up not being able to get the filter on right. I called Annette at Jiffy Lube and said I was gonna tow my car to have them help and she offered to personally drive to my house and fixed my cars problem for free , I can't thank her enough , I definitely am going back there Everytime from now on , thanks again Annette for going above and beyond which is very rare these days!

Lucas was so helpful and polite. I got in/out without issue. Lucas even helped me to remember my coupon! It was raining cats and dogs today and both Lucas and the manager were sure to make sure I was covered by their umbrellas on the ways in and out of the shop. Will definitely come back for my next oil change.
