These employees knocked it out of the park. Elizabeth was efficient and prompt, getting us in and out with all the needed information. Titus was sharp, kind and informative, providing an EXCELLENT example of what quality customer care looks like. I live in Sacramento, but was passing through to go on a hike in Oroville. Next time I need an oil change, I will be making the trip from Sacramento just for the quality service I received at Jiffy Lube on E street.

Took my Wife’s Kia K5 in for an oil change and Cody and the other staff were awesome and super helpful! They got it done in a good amount of time, performed a multipoint inspection and let me know what I needed which was nice to know. Thanks guys!

Great service at Jiffy Lube! The young men working there were very polite, professional, and thorough. They provided quick service without cutting corners and made the whole experience easy. Prices are a little high, but honestly, what isn’t these days? Overall, I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Went in for oil change. The team explained other problems that showed up in diagnostic, and advised topping off engine and transmission oil every couple months to avoid any future problem with my 22 year old car showing very slow leaks there. They were very thorough in explaining and showing me fluid levels. I was I and out within an hour and I will return for top offs, battery services and usual oil changes. Excellent service at the Jiffy Lube in my city of Marysville, CA. Thanks Jiffy Lube.
