I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube! Frankie and his team went above and beyond my expectations for what I thought would be a simple service visit. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. Frankie took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured my vehicle was in perfect shape, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare these days to find such excellent customer service and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and professional automotive care. Frankie and his crew truly set the standard!

Everyone was very professional and very friendly. They explained everything they were doing? They even opened the car door for me when they were done.

Went in for a normal oil Change. Ataff is quite polite, and professional. Only thing I came across is they charge for vacuuming the vehicle, but it was quite obvious they didn't do it at all.

Good service

I had came in for an oil change and was there earlier than anticipated I got attended by Daisha. She got me in a note in less than 30 minutes, and I walked out with a great deal of oil change, my carpets vacuumed, my Plate Lightbulbs Fixed and some dash lights were on and they were able to scan that for me and give me more detail details of what is wrong with my car. Definitely worth the price and definitely worth coming!! THANK YOU DAISHA!!!:) first Woman, I see here will be coming again. 10/10

I’m from the Bay Area. My van was having ac issues. Also had some issue with my washer fluid reservoir. They diagnosed for free and were not able to help me on a Sunday. Mice had chewed through some of my tubes for the washer fluid. And my ac condensor may need changing or there is a leak. While that was happening they were also cleaning my car. I appreciate them helping me without charging even though ultimately I did not pay for a service. Thank you.

I was greeted as soon as I drove in. Answered a couple questions and was escorted to the waiting room . Within 15 minutes max I was ready to go . Esau, Billy and Robert R are amazing

I've been going to Jiffy Lube for a few years now, and they are always respectful and nice. Oil changes take max 20 mins, usually around 15 minutes or less.. they actually found that my transmission pan was leaking...(it was the gasket) never would of known

They were Real quick they do the oil change they vacuum the car out also have enough seating for me and my kids to wait enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited it was done in less then 10 minutes

Oil change included vacuuming out car washing windows checking all fluids checking all lights and replacing a brake light and changing my air filter. Took about 20 minutes and my wife and I are so very pleased.. the staff and mechanics were friendly and very professional and explained everything before any work was done. Oh yeah me and my two cars will be going back often. Thank you Jiffy Lube it's nice to be happy about something done on my car

The experience was quick from the beginning they made me feel welcomed and attended all my cars needs

I was on a roadtrip coming from Los Angeles to tour UC Merced on April 19th when my oil light came on. Because I knew it was a holiday weekend I was so unsure if anything was open. I called ahead to ensure if they had my type of oil I needed. Once I arrived I received amazing service from start to finish. I was able to leave confidently and knew my car was going to be ok with our long drive ahead. I will be forever grateful the hospitality they gave me especially not being from the area and having quick service to get me back on the road.

Great staff and mechanics. Took my vehicle 5 minutes to close in 5 minutes. Daisha was so professional and gorgeous that i asked her out for a dinner date and she accepted

Very respectful! I let them know that I wanted a tire rotation done and before they started. After about 5 minutes they came in and let me know that it was in my best interest to not get one. They lost money by not doing it but I respect the honesty. 5/5, will go back!

We have to bring our own oil since they don't carry the one my car needs. The lube tech noticed that one of the quarts of oil was 0-30 instead of 0-20. This was a very good observation and I appreciate it his attention to detail. Everyone was very respectful and kind, not something I usually encounter at a shop. I Highly recommend this location and will be coming back.

This is the best place ever! I will always always always bring my cars here. The store manager Paul went above and beyond helping me get my oil changed covered thru a service plan I had on the car when everyone else I called wouldn't. I am so grateful for his patience and kindness, it really made my day. Everyone that works there is so friendly, I just love this place.

I first went to Les Schwab in Merced and they wanted to charge me $438.12 for a battery for my 2018 Nissan Versa Note. I thought the price was a little too steep so I decided to see if I could get a better deal at Jiffy Lube on E. Yosemite Ave and that I did. A better price and they put my own cabin air filter in for free. Thank you guys and gals at this Jiffy Lube, that I would recommend.
