I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Miika! She was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. The service was quick, smooth, and hassle-free, and I really appreciated his great customer service. Miika definitely made the experience a positive one. I’ll be coming back and would highly recommend asking for him if you visit Jiffy Lube!

I love this location,the manager Joseph has always given us the absolute best service and we always leave feeling like we were treated like family. As a female I’m always worried that they will take advantage of me but here I feel soo comfortable and confident that they are looking out for my best interest. The Jiffy Lube in Montclair is great. I had an amazing experience. All the staff were super friendly. The assistant manager, Miika was especially kind, and she helped me out a lot while I was there. I got an oil change, my air filters cleaned, and they put coolant in my car. They were super quick too, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Overall great experience with a very reasonable price!

I needed a tire replaced urgently before work, I explained my situation and that I was worried about running late, just expecting the installation and that was it, but Joseph and his team went above and beyond with a job done quickly, and efficiently with excellent customer service, in only 20 minutes! 10/10 and will always return here!

This is for the Montclair location store #4110...As a woman going to any kind of car/mechanic place, |'m always worried they'll try to take advantage since they think I know nothing about cars. This JiffyLube was awesome! They treated me with respect and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. They gave me a great price on 4 tires and I left there feeling happy and safe on the road! Special shout out to Max, Joseph and William! I will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anyone!
