Sean and the team were courteous and prompt. All items were explained well. It was a wonderful experience of an oil change.

I had a great experience with Jiffy Lube! I dropped by close to closing time yesterday, and even though they had run out of filters for my Honda, Sean went out of his way to help. He scheduled me in first thing the next morning. When I came back, Sean greeted me again and made sure everything was ready to go. The service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciated their honesty and how accommodating they were! I’m definitely coming back, thank you Sean and Abraham.

I can’t say enough about how well I was taken care of at my local Jiffy Lube in Moorpark. The staff were knowledgeable, personable and considerate. All the guys I interacted with were exceptional. But I have to give a special shout-out to Sean, who was amazing. He made my experience smooth and professional and went way beyond the call of duty to be helpful. Big thanks and an enthusiastic recommendation!

I thought the assistant manager Sean was professional and to the point he Did everything perfectly he did not waste any time as I had my toddlers in the car and he completed the test excellent I trust him with my brand new vehicle, which is also an Audi and I recommend him to anybody who needs something specifically oil change or anything having to do with the nature of checking your vehicle. This is the guy to come to. He is amazing. Definitely gives Jiffy Lube a whole new name.

My car was too low for many oil change places but Jiffy Lube in Moorpark worked out so I could get my car oil changed they are fabulous. Service was fantastic

Came in on a Sunday. It was pretty busy but the technician communicated and handled with us very well. Once it was time to change my oil things went really quick and again communicated very well. Definitely would go back.

They were very courteous & went above & beyond having to go to an outside vender to hand pick my oil filter which they don't usually have at their shop!

The service was great unfortunately there were not enough technicians in my opinion because I believe they were only able to do one car at a time even though they have 3 bays. Therefore, my total time is over an hour for a basic oil change.

I would like to say I'm very pleased with the service I received. I went in for a oil change and they found that a belt to the motor was about to break. They let me know found the part and fixed it so I would be safe. I want to thank Anthony for being so kind and helpful. I do appreciate everything everyone there helped me with. I was very impressed with the Professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail Alex showed when I got my oil changed. He looked at several things on my car kept me informed and asked questions. Alex at Jiffy Lube made me feel important and heard. They were very quick and thorough with my service. I will make Jiffy Lube in Moorpark my service bay of choice.
