I would like to say I'm very pleased with the service I received. I went in for a oil change and they found that a belt to the motor was about to break. They let me know found the part and fixed it so I would be safe. I want to thank Anthony for being so kind and helpful. I do appreciate everything everyone there helped me with. I was very impressed with the Professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail Alex showed when I got my oil changed. He looked at several things on my car kept me informed and asked questions. Alex at Jiffy Lube made me feel important and heard. They were very quick and thorough with my service. I will make Jiffy Lube in Moorpark my service bay of choice. I highly recommend this location and in particular Alex.
