I had a wonderful experience with Jiffy lube I needed a oil change and went to the dealership around the corner they said 2-3 hour wait This seemed unreasonable so I left and swung by Jiffy lube asked about the wait time I was in and out in 15 minutes. I’m so thankful, my attendant Jey was very helpful and friendly. I give the overall visit a 5 out of 5 stars .

I went in for oil change, but got more services than i anticipated. My car was cleaned & vacuumed, air checked in my tires too. Everybody was respectful & professional. And all took a few minutes, i didnt have to wait long. Excellent work!

Justin was amazing! He was so professional and represented the company excellently! He’s the main reason I’d go there again because of his attitude, helpfulness and professionalism! However, you seriously have to do something about the bathroom there. The most disgusting bathroom ever! It was nasty!

The gentleman who serviced me was kind and professional. I didn't have any complaints until I saw my receipt and the items listed as complete were not done. ie: vacuuming and ALL windows cleaned. What else was not done like fluids topped off? I felt overall the service was great but hate when things are just pencilled in as complete. I've tried many other oil change services and this was the most professional. Just wish they were more thorough. I'm going to try other places and maybe come back here just because it was easy, maybe a bit pricey but less than 30 min wait with two customers before me. Overall satisfied.

Great service , Fast and efficient. Pricing seemed a bit high to me the dealership usually charges me 40 dollars less but I guess you pay for the faster service Jiffy Lube offers . Employees were courteous and lobby was clean ??

4 stars because before they used to show you all the top off liquids but overall fast amd good customer service

The staff here were very willing to allow me to the best of their ability to witness that the oil and filter and oil drain plug gasket I had brought with me were what was installed and showed me that the oil level was perfect after their service was complete. They also voluntarily fixed my dragging plastic underbody skid plate cover that covers the oil filter area by replacing the missing mounting bolt! It was much more honest service than Fast Lube and Tune in Beaumont, CA where the technician lied to me a few days ago about installing the wrong oil filter on my wife's car which us the exact same model as mine. Update 04/06/2026: I took my wifes' 2017 Prius in for oil/filter, air filters and spark plug change for the 120,000 mile service. The entire staff were very professional and personable. Both Justin and the mechanic, Raul, were very detail oriented and listened when I expressed details about my car that were unique. There was a slightly older gentleman who was also very efficient, personable and knowledgeable while changing the oil, filter and air filters in my car, but I didn't get his name... and they knew what they were doing when changing my spark plugs.

I usually do my own oil changes but with so much going on and having no time, I decided to come in and have it done for me. The guys were all super informative, professional and worked quickly to get my oil change done at an affordable price.

Quick, informative and affordable

Went in to get a car inspection to drive for uber/lyft. It was quick about 30mins. Technicians were very friendly. This jiffy lube location didn't try pressure me in unnecessary repairs. In the future I will be coming back to this location!

First time taking my car here for oil change. The staff are very respectful. The main guy even showed me the new level of the oil. I will be a frequent customer.

As usual this location took care of me when I had a slow leak. No charge just filled my tire and checked the others and the liquids for me. Wonderful service and fast. Thanks guys ! Keep it up. And they are always so polite, respectful and pleasant. This goes a long way for a single mom. Thanks again!
