I was not aware that Jiffy Lube offered other services like Tire Rotations until I heard those other offers made to other customers, but was never made to me.

I had a smooth visit here for an oil change. The staff were accommodating, and the technicians checked my car and completed the oil change quickly.

There’s about 3 guys here this morning who helped me such a good workers the are polite and kind and had a calm voice which made me feel relaxed . Thanks you guys I wish more pple in this world are like you. Such a good place to go get your car fix .

I always heard about Jiffy Lube, but this was my first time coming in — and thanks to Saul Alvarado, it was unreal. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone, he was amazing: clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. In person, his service was exceptional. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and really went above and beyond. Saul deserves his flowers for the way he treats customers. Thank you, Saul, for setting the bar so high!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Jiffy Lube. My truck is the last thing I have from my dad, and I know he would have been upset with the way I was maintaining it. I was always nervous about going into auto shops, afraid of being upsold or taken advantage of as a single woman, but the team here (I didn’t get everyone’s names unfortunately, except Seth at the counter) completely changed that for me. They took care of my brakes, oil change, brake lights, and turn signals, and even vacuumed the inside of my truck. It didn’t feel like just another transaction; it felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer. They even showed me first hand what my brakes looked like so I can physically see the work that was being done and how badly I had them??. The service was thorough, the pricing was fair, and for the first time, I felt comfortable getting my car serviced. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of both me and my truck! ????

Shop manager Ernie stands behind their work. While unfortunate, slip ups can happen. He committed to resolving my issue and followed through all the way. A rare instance of integrity in the auto service industry.

Price is a little higher than most. But they clean you windows and vacuum your floors. That's gotta be worth a few bucks.
