Since I started doing the service’s for my truck here, I am more than satisfied and please and I’ll tell you why first of all the general manager named by Rigo and his team are very professional friendly and fair if I came with the request that was not necessary need for that he will tell me right away and save me money dealing with only what is matter and using the best material and tools to work on my truck, I will definitely coming back again and again also my family members and friends again thank you. I appreciate your service.

The guys were very helpful & attentative. Someone came out right away to greet me and let me know the store manager, Rigo, would be helping me soon. Rigo explained all the packages & let me know which service my husband had purchased the last time for my car. They had someone working on my car in less than 5 minutes from when I pulled in. I liked that I was able to stay in my car while they did the oil change.

Quick and convenient oil change service. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that the technician working on my car (Rigo) brought the two filters from my engine so I could see how they looked before approving they be changed for an additional fee. Also liked the option to stay in your vehicle or utilize their large waiting area (filled with lots of lovely indoor plants).

This was my first time using Jiffy Lube, and sofar it is a good experience. The staff is personable and helpful, and they gave me the best price they were able to offer. I also appreciated the discount for leaving a review. The lobby was clean and air-conditioned, and the oil change was estimated to take 30 minutes, it got it done in 20. We’ll see if I’m back in 6,000 miles for my next oil change!

Jiffy lube Northridge, Staff was very friendly. Saturday morning here at 8am no waiting quick service place is clean and well maintained. Price is on the higher end but, don't have time to search around for somewhere else and don't want to take it to the dealer because they always find something wrong that you have to pay arm and a leg for service. Overall so far it was a good experience ??
