Extremely courteous and polite, professional, and just all around amazing service. I wholeheartedly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube over all the other Jiffy Lube‘s or any place elsewhere you may think about going to get a oil change.

The service was excellent. The service team worked on my vehicle with care and checked my vehicle for any thing that needed attention.

They were so polite, and got my car finished really soon!

They took me right in. Even though there were at least three customers ahead of me, they were quick to get the job done. And the guy who took my information who I believe is one of the managers, even took some time afterwards to secure a piece of my bumper that was hanging down. Great service

Had a great experience at the location off of Archibald and the 60 freeway. Great service and the gentleman that helped me at the counter was super helpful, informative, and fast. I had to get a fleet vehicle oil change done quickly and he was Johnny on the spot. The tech even showed me the dipstick when I went to pick up my vehicle, showing me that I indeed have the correct level of oil! I’m really thankful for their customer service ant this location. and I truly was in and out in a jiffy!

Went in with a tire slowly leaking air. It wasn’t able to be patched, and unfortunately they didn’t have replacements on hand, but the inspection was quick, thorough, and free, and the gentleman even gave me a recommendation on where I could get the same day service I needed

GREAT service. Went for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very honest, I’ve had experiences where I am told my brakes need to be replaced at other places, and these guys were incredibly honest and let me know I really didn’t need them replaced and they had a long lifespan. That trust and honesty means everything. They also verified the oil level and replaced washer fluid without me asking. Little things matter. But the honesty was incredible. 10/10

It was a different experience, but the customer services are always very friendly and supportive.
