Fast and efficient service. No unnecessary recommendations or upsells. I did purchase the tire rotation but it was a wash with the discount coupon and the gift cards you can also buy at a discount from your local Costco. Friendly service and nice staff. This location was very busy but got the job done in a good amount of time.

Staffs are professionals, and respectful to their customers.

At a busy time I got through very quickly. With a $25 discount coupon it was still $115 for a basic oil change. Expensive

Great oil change at a good price, but I wish they wouldn’t move my driver’s seat. The little guy that drove my car moved it all the way forward and dropped a quarter in the seat track, so I bashed my knee on the dash getting in and had to unjam the seat to get it to go back to where it was.

I went in for a simple vehicle inspection. They were very helpful, and had me out very quick.. thanks again.

They are fast and friendly! I especially like the girl that is there. She is thorough, quick, kind, and knows her stuff: I can definitely see her owning her own shop one day. There’s a quote from the movie Pursuit of Happiness and it goes something like this, “Don’t let anybody tell you, you can’t do something. People tell you that only because they can’t themselves. If you want it, go after it.” It will only be a matter of time before you reach it!

Previously, I had a regular mechanic for 3 - 4 years and have had trouble keeping the correct oil level in my truck. I took it to Jiffy Lube 1 time and they figured out my truck has the wrong dipstick in it! I have no idea how it happened but I'm happy they were paying attention and figured it out. Thank you Jiffy Lube!
