As a young widow, I went in blinded and came out informed thanks to these young gentlemen not only did I go in for an oil change, which I paid for, but I got a lot of extras that I didn’t like great customer service fast service they vacuumed my car they checked all the brake lights headlights. They even clean the outside of my windows. They truly go above and beyond for the little money that I spent! You guys are doing amazing. I will definitely send all my friends to you guys.

Was able to drop it off and pick up when ready . Quality of work and thoroughness was excellent

Jiffy Lube was fast I had My car inspected or a rideshare platform mechanic mechanic Solomon was super nice and my car fast and I walked out with an excellent score since I do have a newer car. I will go back there again, Solomon thank you very much

Very thorough, friendly and efficient!

What a really nice experience! As a woman, I always go into an autoshop on the defense, to not let them try to charge me for things I dont need, etc (this has happened elsewhere). Today, I questioned about a small extra charge, and he very clearly explained to me why it was needed (extra oil), and I feel a little bad for arguing how another shop didnt charge me extra for that. The team at Jiffy Lube were so friendly and patient, one team member overheard and made sure I had the best coupon they could offer. The man at the front desk showed me how they topped off all of my fluids (I didnt even ask them to but very much appreciate that detail), he showed me the clean oil on the dipstick, and my car was returned to me even cleaner than it was before I brought it in. I am so impressed with how above and beyond warm and friendly each staff member i met was. Even when I first arrived, a team member kindly directed me where to go (I'm sure i looked lost). Thank you to all 3 of those kind men who made going to an auto shop a little less intimidating for me, and for all being so nice and professional. I will absolutely go back and highly recommend this shop because of the exceptional staff!

This particular Jiffy Lube should be re-named Jiffy Lube Plus +. It can not be compared to S.F. Bay Area sites. The techs and manager are excellent service persons. They perform ALL services as advertised with great cleanliness as opposed to my location. This site is great

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I really love the customer service and they really honestly tell you what you need and what you don’t need and that’s something I appreciate in a business. I needed brakes on my car. I figured they were gonna tell me I needed to replace the front and the back and when they did the inspection, they came back and told me I still have good amount left on the back and he only needed to do the front which saved me money and I appreciate it. They weren’t just trying to make a sale and provide me something I didn’t truly need.

Went in for an oil change. Upon inspection was told I had a bad battery as well as other services that my car would be needing in the future asap for longer engine life. Glad they did as the previous jiffy lube in Santa Clarita didn’t tell me much at all just did an oil change and was Done. This Jiffy Lube located on 101 W. Esplanade Dr in Oxnard took really good care of me and shared important information about my cars life. Will definitely be coming back as well as recommending to others

In my personal experience, it was a good one. No issues or complaints. Prices were on par or a little less than at a dealership (Volkswagen). Specially if you look for a coupon on their website, price will be more affordable. Only thing is for first timers, maybe have someone guide them with any info or questions they might have or any paperwork they need to get done. They do what needs to be done and give recommendations on what vehicle might need. The reason they leave the hood open at the end is to show you on the dip stick the oil is clean and level is at max...
