I went to Jiffy Lube in Oxnard on 5th & Ventura Rd. The entire team were professional, & very friendly. There were a few vehicles ahead of me, but overall it was fairly quick. They took the time to explain the service & they didn't try to sell something that wasn't needed. I would definitely return for other repairs.

Great service overall. The staff attended me very well as soon as I walked in, and the whole process was pretty quick. I was happy they carried Dexos1 oil for my 2014 Cadillac ATS, and I appreciated that they checked my air filter and everything else during the service. Everyone was professional and helpful, and I left satisfied. The only thing they forgot to do was reset my oil life monitor back to 100%, but overall it was still a good experience.

Just stopped in for a quick oil change and wow — they delivered exactly what I needed. In and out in under 20 minutes with zero wait time. Dan and Jose were the techs who took care of me — super friendly, explained everything clearly, and even caught a small issue I hadn’t noticed. Clean shop, professional service, and they treated my truck like it was their own. If you want fast, honest, and reliable auto service, this is the place. This has become my go to place and not for just oil changes! Most recently I asked them to check my brakes and they were able to resolve an issue I had going on for several years. The manager, Brandon, is friendly and honest and takes great pride is his team.

This guys were amazing they were quick and kind we had some issues last minute on our work trip and they were able to get us home safe AND THEY DIDNT CHARGE US ANYTHING CRAZY THEY HEARD WE HAS LIMITED FUNDS AND THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!!! Anthony was amazing, my car had a giant leak in the oil and transmission fluids. I was visit from out of state and had a 12 hr drive ahead, not only did they help give us a quote & top off the fluids so we can make it and fix it there but also sent us with more to fill up on the trip home so we can get home today. They were very professional and kind. The work was efficient and quick.
