Had my first Jiffy Lube experience today at the shop on Washington St. in Palm Desert and couldn't have come away more satisfied. It was for an auto battery replacement. The cost was the lowest I found in my area and the installation took less than 30min. for a more complex trunk-mounted battery on a Volvo, which was half the time estimated by other shops. They definitely earned this review...

I brought my Winnebago Solis into the Palm Desert Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and Estevan was fantastic. It was raining, my tires were wet, and I was struggling to get the van up the ramps. Estevan immediately came over, took the wheel, and pulled it into the bay for me without hesitation. He, Alejandro and Edward got my full synthetic oil change done quickly, and they have an early Black Friday special, which scored me free wiper blade replacements. The whole experience was fast, friendly, and genuinely appreciated. Huge thanks to Estevan and the crew. Highly recommend this location!

Definitely the permanent place I'm going to from now on. Out of all the jiffy lubes, this one was actually thorough with my fluids. My maintenance light has been on for half a year and i've gotten work done on my car and had my mechanic, turn off the light and it would still come back on. A few months ago I went to my local Jiffy Lube and Desert Hot Springs, thinking that my light was on because it was due for an oil change. But it wasn't that at all, my oil was still gold. And I wasn't due for a few 1000 miles So, I was expecting them to look and find out what it could be. But they told me to go to my mechanic and get it Checked With them. Well, I already knew the outcome.It was gonna come back on anyway.So I decided to just go to a different jiffy lube when I was ready to do my oil change, and i'm glad I did, this location is perfect and professional and thorough with all my needs. when I needed to update my information, it was no problem.They actually did it.I've been asking every jiffy lube to do this and for some reason, they still had my old address from ten years ago. Definitely, going to be coming here to this location from now on. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Time to find out that my brake fluid was in the danger zone. Because it hasn't been looked at for a long time. As soon as I got this fixed it has stayed off and has not came back on. Thank you so much, you guys. I have to drive 6 children every day and having a danger zone in my brake fluid is definitely risky When you drive with children. So not only did, I need an oil change but need to get my brake fluid done Because it was contaminated. And some other minor things like my air filter and a top off all my coolant. I'm just thankful that I finally got my maintenance light to stay off and that I'm driving in a car that's a lot safer for my children. Thank you for all your help.You definitely have a permanent customer at your location.

So pleased with all the guys at this Jiffy Lube today. I came in for an oil change on my 14 year old MB. It’s the second car in our family and gets driven less. They notified me that my battery was a bit low and should be recharged. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything! Service was prompt, friendly smiles all around. I’ll be back!
