Chrissy The manager went above and beyond helping me out with the license plates on my vehicle. I definitely recommend this place. People are friendly. The staff here is very friendly and helpful.

OK love I’m gonna try to make this as quick and short as possible, but I do want you to understand that Jiffy Lube is not just a place that you go to get an oil change. There are so many other services that they currently offer and I’m gonna share the recent bundle that they have provided for me today. I am headed to Houston this weekend and I realize that I definitely needed some additional services. The largest bundle that they have available, allows me the opportunity for a clean, wipe down some additional oils and treatments for my lovely “Sage” (my car). There is a picture of a flyer for you to take a look at and see what’s best for you. I have come to Jiffy Lube for the last 4 year Where I continue to get my oil changes. I only do synthetic per my late husband’s instruction. The last thing I want to say is there is nothing like great customer service but not only that there is a young lady running this location on Palmer @Jiffy Lube who took complete and good care of me. The last time I went to a Jiffy Lube and saw that there were ladies working- do the dirty work. This is not to push or pull anyway for this profession, but just to encourage us as individuals that we can do anything we set are hearts to do. I was appreciative of the great customer service, the timely movement, the clear of detail and instruction, and the fact that the staff was attentive to all my needs concerning my safety. Thank you so much for taking the time to take care of our community and showing up when sometimes we don’t show up for ourselves. Have an amazing week and see you in a few months.

The technicians were so professional and thorough. I was in and out in 10 minutes and was completely satisfied the experience. I would recommend this Jiffy lube highly…Palm desert-Fred Waring Drive.

Great crew. Efficient. I’ve had this car for over a year and they checked things that have never been checked without asking. They worked in this hot bay and were great the entire time.

Fast and empty on Saturday mornings. Staff was helpful. I thought $120 for 6 quart change was a lil steep (thanks newscum) as I can get a 5 quart change in other states for $45 but will be refunded by rental company so could care less
