Service was good and completed in a timely fashion. No cookies is why A 4 an not a 5 ??

As soon as I pulled up. I had a friendly greeting. I was welcomed to have coffee, use the bathroom, and watch discovery channel while I waited. Well, I didn’t have to wait long and my car was ready! True to their name Jiffy! There was an issue with the oil pan and they made note of it for my next visit. I’m very impressed with the service I received and will be back for my next oil change.

As usual, my experience here was professional, courteous and the crew were all friendly. They know their job and strive to make you feel at home. The waiting room is always clean and the coffee always ready! Even when busy, every customer (even those for "top offs") is given personal, fast service. I appreciate such a business in Paradise!

Quick and easy!

I’m a new driver so it was my first time needing an oil change they made it super simple and quick! The gentlemen there gave me a discount also which was really appreciated ! Definitely will be coming back next time I’m due for one!

I pulled up and was immediately treated by a jiffy lube tech. He pulled my truck around and I went into a clean tidy area to wait. He told me the cost which I expected but offered the military discount which I didn't expect but appreciated. Start to finish was about 20 min or less.

I was hoping to get there, have the oil changed and get outta there! lol but that’s how it was quick in out yet thorough service! This is my second time there, and I will go back in the future!

Every worker was very thoughtful and quick. The nicest and most caring express service shop I’ve ever been to.

I am so grateful there is an oil change place on the ridge, so many businesses left after the fire so I like keeping my business local when I can. The take good care of me.

This is where I go to get my oil changed. I love it here. They’re always polite and kind and matter of fact last time I was there they located a small cut in my radiator hose, which was leaking steam. Then they suggested Craig‘s auto repair like two blocks away who was also fantastic people up here on the ridge really do support each other. I love it.
