Had a very pleasant experience getting my oil change at Jiffy Lube in Paradise CA. Since there wasn’t anyone ahead of me, it took about 15 minutes. And both workers were professional and friendly.

Pulled up they met me while I was getting out. Introduced themself to me and asked for my needs. I said full service. They took me my truck and serviced it and showed me the air filter which I replaced and then had them top off the coolent. The truck was done in about 15 minutes. I have used Jiffy Lube for about 30 years and I have never had an issue with any of them I have used. I use the one in Paradise, California because it is where I live and I like supporting the local businesses.

I was welcomed before I even rolled down my widow. Excellent service time and communication.

I rely on Paradise jiffy lube for all my cars needs that they offer. Wipers' transmission oil coolant cabin and engien filters head lites . I am not one who wants to maintain under the hood so these are my go to crew. The manager has tons of experience and makes sure quality of all jobs is tip top. They also keep track of when my car last had different services . The office and waiting lounge is clean comfortable and has lots of windows to see out. Perfect for me. I reccomend thos shop highly !

As soon as I pulled up. I had a friendly greeting. I was welcomed to have coffee, use the bathroom, and watch discovery channel while I waited. Well, I didn’t have to wait long and my car was ready! True to their name Jiffy! There was an issue with the oil pan and they made note of it for my next visit. I’m very impressed with the service I received and will be back for my next oil change.

As usual, my experience here was professional, courteous and the crew were all friendly. They know their job and strive to make you feel at home. The waiting room is always clean and the coffee always ready! Even when busy, every customer (even those for "top offs") is given personal, fast service. I appreciate such a business in Paradise!

Quick and easy!

I’m a new driver so it was my first time needing an oil change they made it super simple and quick! The gentlemen there gave me a discount also which was really appreciated ! Definitely will be coming back next time I’m due for one!
