Joseph was incredible! I was worried there might be engine damage from low oil and wanted to inspect the filter for any metal shavings. Joseph took care of me and showed me the filter and even let me take pictures in case I needed to show to my mechanic. Best part, no metal pieces in the filter so I might have dodged a bullet.
