My experience, I was pleased with the attention they gave us. How clean and quick. Giving us the attention after they were done was awesome. Both Johnny and Taylor worked on our Silverado. Oil and filter change.

I took my car in for oil change but felt there was more wrong with my car. Johnny the team supervisor hooked me up. he checked everything for me and with the information he saved my transmission and me allot of money. thank you to the team Johnny, Jared, Jordi. it's nice to have a team that cares about people.

We came in because we smelled something strange and were concerned about a leak. Taylor found a piece of plastic that had attached itself to our exhaust pipe and was able to strip it off beautifully. Jared, Nick, and Johnny did a beautiful job flushing out the oil and replacing the filter, so there was no longer a leak. They were very gracious and quick! Very satisfied!

I didn't know Jack, but I knew Johnny. Johnny came to this location from the Glendora location. He is still giving excellent service. Thank you to Johnny.

Came in for an oil change and everyone here was extremely friendly and accommodating. They cleaned my windows and even vacuumed. And I was in and out fast! I always go to Jiffy Lube for oil changes but I will be going to this specific location from now on.

Hello everyone, Just one public announcement for this Jiffy Lube, it is awesome!! The one off Garey in the North side of Pomona. They’re very kind, and welcoming. They have taken care of my precious cars, my daily driver and my Sunday ride, which by the way I don’t take to anyone. But David was very thorough and explains anything and everything that my cars needed. When you men and women go please ask for David he is awesome!!!

Let me know everything about my car, showed me how to upkeep in my maintenance and changed my oil. 10/10 most definitely will be returning

Johny is awesome!

They got me in and out fast. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and both headlights replaced in 30 minutes.

THIS IS THE ONLY JIFFY LUBE I WOULD EVER GO TO. You'd expect this kind of customer service from a respectable family owned car shop and this is the kind of care that you get here. I've never been to a jiffy lube any where else that provides the experience i have here time after time. Even though there are other jiffy lubes around THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I GO TO. These guys should be modeled after.

So professional, the mechanic guys were so transparent. They gave me details about what the issue was about the leakage they discovered. This was my very first time there. They offered to give me a free oil topping, and strongly recommended I go fix the problem. I'm never going to anyone for a oil change. Henceforth, jiffy lube is my no.1 place. I highly recommend them.
