So professional, the mechanic guys were so transparent. They gave me details about what the issue was about the leakage they discovered. This was my very first time there. They offered to give me a free oil topping, and strongly recommended I go fix the problem. I'm never going to anyone for a oil change. Henceforth, jiffy lube is my no.1 place. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my car serviced at Jiffy Lube, and I have to say the ovrall experience was great. The team was efficient and got everything done quickly, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most, though, was one particular staff member.i think her name tag said taylor. While everyone was helpful, she went above and beyond compared to the rest. She was extrmely polite, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood everything that was being done with my vehicle. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire visit much more comfortable and reassuring. It’s not often you come across someone who shows that level of care and attentiveness. She made a big difference in my experience, and I hope her hard work is recognized. Because of her, I would definitely return for future service.
