Ramon, Alex, and Javier helped me with an engine issue today. They were all very thorough, explained what was wrong, and walked me through options to fix what was wrong. My car’s spark plugs were fixed and I was very happy with the service!

Came on a Thursday morning, and there was no line, and super fast! Javier and Augie were super helpful, and sweet, and got my oil changed and replaced my filter super fast! Great place to go, highly recommend for a quick fast fix!

@Angel the General Manager and @Ramon the technician were absolutely great! Very helpful and quick to get my oil changed. This is my third plus visit here, second with my 11th Generation Civic. I always have such a pleasant and professional visit. This Jiffy Lube location in Poway is great! The service was done in a timely manner, solid quality and professional customer service. I was just getting an oil change and tires rotated. The entire process was roughly 30 minutes from when I arrived until I paid and left.

Augie went above & beyond service! Thank you to the other workers for such a great service. Management & services improved from previous visits. Will definitely return back soon!

I’ve been going here since I lived in Poway in 2019. I now live in Mission Hills and still make the drive over. The gentlemen here are always friendly and helpful and answer all my questions respectfully. Also I use their online coupons which definitely helps. Thank you!

I went in for a standard oil change last Saturday. To access the oil filter, they had to move the coolant tank due to the weird design layout in my Mini Cooper. The coolant hose was accidently bumped and became loose. Matt, the manager, explained to me the situation and if there is a leak, bring the car back. There was a leak and the car began to overheat, so I brought it right back. Even though it was not his team's fault, the manager took responsibility to fix the issue. He went above and beyond to get the replacement hose and installed it with no extra charge. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism, I never blamed him for what happened, yet he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you very much.
