Mechanic explained what my brake issue was and didn't try to over charge. Offered a discount on future mechanical issues. Work was done in about an hour and I haven't had any problems. I really like Jiffy Lube on 50th & L12 in Quartz Hills, CA.

Got oil and fluids checked and changed. Service was good and efficient. Nick was great! Price was reasonable. Thanks!

My husband and I arrived just a couple of minutes before closing, and we asked if it would be possible to put some air in our tire and maybe take a quick look to see if anything obvious was wrong. Romen was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though it was right at closing time and about 45 degrees outside, he didn’t rush us. He refilled the tire first, then got down on the cold pavement and carefully sprayed a bubbly solution to check for any leaks. He even had my husband slowly pull forward while he continued checking to make sure everything was thoroughly inspected! He was professional, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. He didn’t treat us like an inconvenience, he treated us like we mattered. Employees like Romen make a lasting impression. His work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile truly reflect well on this location. We are very grateful for his help. This level of service is rare. Romen showed integrity and work ethic that clearly reflect this young mans character. Jiffy Lube is fortunate to have an employee like him. My experience at Jiffy Lube was enhanced by the efforts of a young man Nick. He was very attentive, informative, didn't pressure me into adding g services but did let me know of the many services they offer. This young man is the definition of the perfect employee for a business. I usually do my own oil changes but due to time constraints, Jiffy Lube was my only option. His service , and the way he treated me will definitely keep me coming back. Thank you Nick for your great service.

I have visited this location several times because of the wonderful service. The team in Quartz Hills goes above and beyond. I don't have to worry about being up charged or being treated unfairly. Everyone is nice, straight forwards, they inspect everything and tell you what's fine what can wait and what needs immediate attention. On top of everything they do their job quickly, efficiently, and even take the time to vacuum the inside of the car! I refer everyone to come here from co workers to friends and family who live in Los Angeles I tell everyone to go out of their way to come here for the best service possible.

The young man came and explained what they were going to do to my car. He made sure I was explained the charges for the suggested work. He was pleasant.

I don’t understand when people get upset that Jiffy Lube tries to “upsell” you on stuff. They’re just suggesting things to do for your car to run efficiently. I personally LOVE that they separate the items to say what NEEDS to be done and what s should be done soon. Thanks for always providing great customers service Jiffy Lube!

The service was nice and very throughral, as they did the a whole car inspection and did not pressure me to fix anything. They said “when you are ready” I like that. The did both my transmission and motor service. I have been to multiple Jiffy lubes, this one is the best one! Goiid service.

Wonderful service. Guys are super courteous. I believe one guys name was Jacob, he is very respectful and knowledgeable. They got me in an out within 15 minutes and the coffee was nice and fresh.

Jiffy Lube isn't my regular place for oil changes, but my place was closed so I went to Jiffy Lube and was pleasantly surprised. They checked all my belts and went over everything with me in detail. They recommended options with no pressure. I think I'll keep coming here instead of my regular place. Thank you for a great experience.

This location is by far much better than any location I have been to in the Antelope Valley! They offer full inspection of my CRV along with great customer service , not to make you spend money but to do what’s best for your vehicle . I am greatly impressed and appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to each customer . They offer so much more with a 360 on your vehicle . I also had them replace my compressor in my CRV for my AC and they did a fantastic job!! Thank you Jiffy Lube

Nice guys. Done the oil change in 15 minutes.

It was nice to pull up and the guys were courteous and helpful. They nicely went over all the areas of concern and then showed me what they had done. As a elderly disabled woman I was treated respectfully and pleasantly. I will definitely go back and recommend them to all of my friends.

Always prompt, professional and thorough.

I was just at this Jiffy Lube a couple of weeks ago, and the staff was congenial and one of the employees said that the wait 1.5 hrs and had no problem with that as I was just doing some reading, and I had no real plans for the rest of the day. After the service on my car was completed, one of the employees had an overview of my car and next recommended service time for my car, and the price on the service was excellent. Highly recommend their service if necessary and I will be back here next time.
