The heavens shined down on me today when I decided to have my car repaired at Jiffy Lube Rancho Cordova CA. From my call being answered with friendliness and professionally by Chris, to being greeted when I arrived by Melissa with courtesy, to when I was assigned to Fermin, the outstanding mechanic, I could not have received better service from anywhere else! My engine light came on and another place informed me that there was a misfire in cylinder 4 and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. They did not have a technician working at the time due to the late time of day. I also called the dealership the next morning but they could not fit me in for at least a week. I needed to have my car fixed asap. I explained everything to Fermin who informed me that there was a possibility that it could be the coil or something fuel related and he would need to diagnose it. I signed off on it and within a short time period he informed me that it was the ignition coil. The cost was over $100 less than I expected to pay! Jiffy Lube, please recognize Fermin for his excellent knowledge and superior customer service skills! My guest experience could not have been better. Thank you for your 5-Star service, Fermin!

The service is just on point great..not like the maintenance at the auto dealerships where they do extra stuff that the customer doesn't really need on their vehicles for a basic oil change.

Amazing customer service every time, have been here multiple times for different cars for many needs. They are very reasonable and Fermin has over 10 years of experience in the industry, and has helped us a lot with our cars and we appreciate all of his assistance and knowledge!

My husband and I both love the service we get at the Jiffy Lube on Zinfandel and Olsen. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes just like their sign says I was treated with an abundance of courtesy and just plain niceness. I can't say enough about the service I received at that Jiffy Lube. I will definitely go back again.

Great service everyone works hard. Just need to slow down and ask do you want the problems we found fixed today. I had to ask the to replace the back light and another item they found- each time having to go back in and add the additional cost sit back in my seat then go back up and pay 2nd then third time. I assumed they would fix all things found since the reason for my visit was a check before heading up to South Lake Tahoe. That’s the only reason this is not a 4 star ?? Great job
