????? I had an excellent experience with Gerry and Ethan. They were professional, kind, and provided outstanding service. They even caught a leak, which I greatly appreciated and could have become a much bigger issue if it had gone unnoticed. What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were to me as a mom with my children. They made it possible for me to take care of payment right from my car, which may seem like a small gesture, but when you have kids with you, that kind of consideration makes a huge difference. Thank you both for going above and beyond! I do want to mention one concern for management—not as a reflection on Gerry or Ethan, because they were wonderful. On extremely hot days, I was surprised to see the working conditions these men are expected to work in without fans or another way to help keep them cool. They work hard and represent the company very well, and I truly believe management should make sure their employees have adequate equipment to work safely and comfortably in extreme heat. Five stars for Gerry and Ethan and the excellent service they provided. They deserve the recognition!

I love this jiffy lube! They are always so quick, I'm never waiting in line to be serviced. The guys are all so great and helpful as well, I haven't encountered anyone that wasn't nice! I am a loyal customer here and this is always my first choice to get serviced here. It's quite affordable and there's always some sort of coupon that helps me out too. I don't ever feel I'm being taken advantage of here or being ripped off. Jerry and Alejandro are great!! So nice and help me every single time I'm here.
