All staff were courteous, took the time to show me oil levels in my vehicle, nice and cool inside waiting room. Good old fashioned honest service

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful got my car all taken care of. Checked on things I had questions about and I was all ready to go in no time.

There are fast and efficient!

The oil change was great. The gentleman also said something about 35 percent on the tires. Well we had a blow out in Oregon about 5 hours later. Luckily we were on a straight part of the highway. Not his fault just weird

The workers got my oil change done very quickly and efficiently when they were closing in 15 minutes and were really friendly about it.

The Jiffy Lube in Red Bluff is a excellent place to get your oil changed. They greeted me as I drove up. Invited me to have to have a soda and explain the process. They did not try to upsell their products. They were quick and efficient and treated me with courtesy. Thank you guys at Jiffy Lube you're an awesome group. I will return.

Great customer service everytime I go in manager mike at division 2803 keeps things clean and sharp. All the guys are in full detail with accessing the vehicle for proper fill ups. Great communication when vehicle goes in and out of the bay that’s positive with me insuring that safety is there number 1 concern. Great jobs guys I will be referring all my friends. Keep up the good work guys we do notice

Great friendly service!! I went in one day and they just put air in my tires for free and they were super nice. So I went back for full service and they are my new go to!

I have been using Jiffy Lube for 10+ years and have always been very happy with the services and especially with alll the employees. It’s always a quick trip, all parts of my car are checked and I am always advised as to the condition of everything. I will never go anywhere else but to my Red Bluff Jiffy Lube! Had my oil light come up and it was red. Needed an oil change ASAP and they were able to tell me why my car runs out of oil about every 3k miles and told me what I can do to help make the oil last longer. Best service I have had. 100% recommend them!
