Oil change was quick, they vacuumed inside my car and did the windows which I appreciated. The only thing was that we’ve always used full synthetic in our vehicle and that’s not what was put in and I didn’t realize it till my boyfriend looked at the receipt because he couldn’t believe it was $88 for an oil change. And the last few times I’ve been there they have it on their tablet already what kind we use and they usually ask to be sure. Other than that nice and friendly staff. Waiting area was clean. Really impressed with the services I received today. Kevin, Alejandro and Jacob were top notch in Customer Service. They explained the services I would be getting and other things I might consider. I got my front brakes taken care of, my transmission flushed and an oil change. Plus a full checklist of other things reviewed. They were fast and treated me with honesty and respect. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Had a oil change done today first amazing interactions from the whole crew, super nice clear info got me check me in didn't take long they told me everything I needed now I'm not a mechanic but I know my way around a but fair prices good guys who won't fool you and even got me a better price then another stor for my tires thank you Dominic, Alejandro for working on the car and a huge thanks for the help and info from Jacob amazing job will be a repeat customer

I had a great experience. The mechanical staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Before trying jiffy I was using Premier. This was $80 cheaper for the same products, and I still got my windshield and back windows cleaned spotless. Although I didn't get endless free sodas at jiffy, but then I didn't go there to get my fill of sugar.

Extremely courteous, quick to contact me as I arrived. Quick service. Waiting room clean, condiments available, and TV entertainment on HISTORY channel, not politics. Would recommend any of 3 locations in Red Bluff, and two in Redding.
