Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 905 HARTNELL AVE, REDDING, CA, 96002-2117

Jiffy lube always gets our vehicles in and out with no wasted time or fuss. Which we appreciate.

Took my car here to have the pcv valve swapped out. They did a great job at a fraction of what my mechanic was trying to charge me. I highly recommend them.

I had excellent experience at the Jiffy lube on Hartnell Ave, the guys were informative and very polite. Being a disabled vet I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank's again

Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Kevin and Zane did a wonderful job installing my new tires. They were kind, courteous, professional and very informing. I will be returning to jiffy lube in the near future for an oil change.

Stopped in during a long trip home. Staff was polite and knowledgeable! If I find myself back in the Redding area I would stop again at this location. They were honest about what my car needed, and didn't up sell us on things I didn't need. Was able to use an on line coupon that really helped as well.

Fast service. Polite and professional staff

Was good service but had to go to second location to get transmission done. The first place didn’t have right adapter for my truck . Great service at first spot. Wish they had the right adapter for my truck me more time than I wanted. Had people waiting on me. Thanks for the great services though!!

Quick, Quality.

Jiffy lube has always been great!! I got my oil changed on my new car at someplace else the previous time and they put two rings on and oil was all over. Jiffy Lube fixed it and I was worried. I had an oil leak, but I didn’t. They are always super friendly fast and competent.

Always fast, everyone is professional, excellent experience

Hands down the best oil change place.. Not only is this jiffy lube the fastest, most helpful, and thorough.. but they went the extra mile and didn't have to. Thx you guys.. I've been straight took by Cassidy's before.. a regular customer, had paid 50 bucks for a oil change and got home.. something told me to check my fluids and sure enough! My oil was still low and dark! So I appreciate the honest service.. I'll be a customer for life! Also have a motorhome that les schwab said they couldn't air up because they "didn't have an extension".. the inner tire on the dually had only 30 lbs in it! Our friend at jiffy lube crawled under there and handled that sh*t! Thanks guys.. we'll be back! Five Star service! You Rock!!

I was traveling down to California and didn't have time before I left for a oil change. So I stopped for gas and saw the jiffy lube so I stopped in and had the oil changed, the air filter was dirty so they replaced that and also found a couple bulbs that were out so took care of that also. They were very fast and I was back on the road in no time. Thank you guys you were great.

The crew is always polite, quick and does a good job!

Great!

I've been coming here for 15 years, and every time they always do a great job. Fast and efficient, they're good at informing you of potential fixes in the future, but don't pressure you into fixing them on the spot, which is greatly appreciated.

Had my oil changed here. They were great. Got us in and done within a decent time. The mechanics communicated well with us and showed us our filters, told us we had an exhaust leak but everything else was fine. Good prices and prompt services. Would recommend.

They were very attentive and accommodating. They even checked my cabin filter and tires and wipers . I recommend this place , very happy with the service !

They have a friendly technical team and quick diagnoses; they do their jobs very professionally. I especially want to thank the manager and Jacob . I recommend them to everyone. ??????

The guys here are amazing. Quick service, decent price and good service. Kevin and Zane got me in and out in 20 minutes for smog. A++++ guys.

Not many people pay attention to reviews about Jiffy Lube, but if you're like me, and good service matters to you no matter what or where you wanna spend your hard earned money at a place that values your business, then this is one of the places. Normally I deal with manager Jared, but the whole staff is cool. I dont remember the young man's name but I appreciate you letting me chill in the AC office, and the water you gave me while you guys did your work. The best part is I asked for an oil change, and got my oil change. They didn't try and force a sale or look for things wrong to up the bill. I'm a repeat customer and definitely recommend.. Blessings everyone ???

They helped us find several things that needed changing FAST, and just before our road trip! We personally LOVE the Cypress location, the staff are just the absolute best

The guys where awesome got me out of there fast, explained everything very clearly for me and the price was solid. Overall 10/10 I'll be going back to them ??
