Great service and price they won't btry to upsell you on things your car really doesn't need. They have cold sodas and water inside the waiting room which is air conditioned. The girl who works there named LA was extremely nice and helpful. She also gave me a quote to replace my brake pads and rotors which is actually cheaper than anyone else in town. I will be back to get my brakes done in a few weeks. Thanks again LA

Customer service and hospitality was awesome. Went in today around 4 to 5 and everyone was awesome.

Went in for an oil change at 4:43 and La L., Robert G., and William R. got my truck taken care of so efficiently and quickly without cutting any corners!! They were able to get me out the door before 5PM.

This store had fantastic service LAL the cashiers was curtious and frendly and the lower bay William R. And contact Micheal E. Were both haed working and informative. Thank you all for caring for my car.

I wasn't happy about Uber making me have another inspection just after buying the car. what they did really didn't seem necessary especially after the dealership i purchased the car from provide me with a much more extensive inspection. This is an issue i have with Uber more than Jiffy Lube. As far as Jiffy Lube they did what they were supposed to and the experience was a pleasant one.

Had the guys complete an oil change. Superfast lunchtime service. They let me know when my transmission needed to be serviced without being pushy! Clean shop, friendly technicians. I recommend them to anyone looking for honest service!

I ALWAYS come to this location! Very professional, I've had experiences ware they didn't even cap the lid to oil back on. Needless to say this place has NEVER let me down. Came here today and got another wonderful service from La, Robert, and Mikey. They even vacuumed it up very clean and always make sure to check out and tell me everything needed or recommend and they are very honest about it. Highly recommend this location.

The Cypress location is AWESOME. We came in for new oils, new air filters, coolant, etc for our cross country move. They recommended we clean our headlights which I was thinking about doing for last month. Everything took less than 30 mins. This is my first Jiffy Lube experience and I WILL be a return customer. And those headlights - immaculate! So happy with the job. The staff member ( I forget her name) was amazing: she communicated, answered all my questions, and gave top notch service. I am changing from Walmart oil changes to Jiffy Lube!
