Very impressed with the level of friendliness and quality service from the staff at JL on East Cypress in Redding. Fast and efficient. Their shop is impeccably clean, the waiting area is pleasant with cold water and complimentary soft drinks. I’ve been a JL customer for years and this shop is the best. Highly recommend. ??

Fast, efficient, polite, professional experience at Jiffy Lube on Hartnell. We pulled up, the service manager came out, scanned our VIN number to obtain our Highlander service record and quickly changed the oil and flushed the radiator. Just a short wait and we were back on the road in no time. Very convenient.

I was there to get an oil change and the very nice young lady offered to clean my headlites..and for a small price she did an excellent job and my headlights are much brighter now!! Very good service..and reasonable prices..La was who helped me and she did an excellent job on explaining everything to me .. I would definitely recommend this place.Very professional and a great experience.

I drove 70 miles to go here, a last minute choice and worth every mile.

Hard working crew

After faithfully taking my truck to Jiffy Lube on Pine Street in Redding, I was saddened to see it had closed. Posted on the door was a personal handwritten note explaining the manager that I appreciated, had moved to the Hartnell Ave location. Pulling up to Hartnell JL, I was thrilled to receive the same care and customer service I was familiar with. I get to build on my relationship in a location new to me and my truck. Thank you.

Dare I say the best JL location in the whole north state? YES! I came in for my usual oil change and air filter swap out - they always show me my air filters and let me know when they recommend a new one and not. I love that they never push services! La, who was helpful from the get go, came in and asked if I was interested in getting my headlights cleaned after seeing the condition of mine. I told her that my husband had just tried doing that about six months ago with no luck, but after she showed me the before and after photos from previous customer cars and at a very affordable price I said yes immediately! She asked me to come out after one was done to show me the before and after and I was truly blown away! I felt like I was leaving in a brand new car . Thank you La and the JL team on Cypress in Redding, CA!

They completed my oil change quickly, asked me before changing out any air filters or doing any additional services and they were very friendly! Would absolutely get my oil changed here again!

This specific location of Jiffy Lube was the best experience I’ve had at a pull up oil change location in quite some time! Doing my own oil change on road-trips can sometimes be just as time consuming & difficult if I were to take it in. But jiffy lube got me in & out plus they re-secured my kayak load after they had to release the front ropes to access opening the hood. They even tied it better than I had!!

I love this place. I pulled into the shop, not knowing that they closed in 15 minutes. Even so, the staff was very friendly. They showed me to the extremely clean waiting room which I commented on and offered me something to drink. La Kept me informed of what was going on and showed me my air filter and explained what rear and front differentials are. I want to also think Forrest and William for their quick efficient hard work. There was also another gentleman there. I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he was friendly and helpful. He was helping another lady with directions. This is a great place not only for the quality and price of an oil change but also in the friendly helpful advice they provide.

I came in shortly before closing on a Sunday afternoon. La, Robert and Mike provided the best service. They made sure I was comfortable had a cold drink and went over every step of what they did to my car. All with a smile! Highly recommend great customer service here.

Great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and got my oil change done quickly. They explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. My car was finished on time, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend! Very professional and pleasant.

I went in for a transmission flush and fill. I was quoted $180. Agreed to the price went to the waiting room La came in and asked me are you sure you want to do this. The manager and her and two others said the fluid all looked and smelled fine they would not do it if it were theirs. Shout out to La, Will, Robert, and Mike, this will bring me and all of the others that were in the waiting room and saw this interaction back for future service.

Excellent customer service all the way!!! The manager was very helpful. We came in with an urgent situation with our motorhome while we were traveling, the manager guided us in to the stall , which was a tight squeeze with no problems. They were able to help us right away and get us back on the road with a very minimal delay. Thanks again for the Help and Kindness and Professionalism.

They were open on a Sunday. I got right in, they were very professional, nice waiting area, and not a long wait.

Im new here in Redding and I pulled up n they were so great. Customer service was on point. Answered all my stupid questions and taught me a few things I didn't know . They were fast and thorough and I'll surely be going back when my next oil change is due.
