Great friendly welcoming staff. They were up front about my car needing some extras. But I didn’t feel pressured to purchase them. Fast service!

Came in for an oil change and was treated well. The crew let me know what was going on and they had me out with an inexpensive visit very quickly. I'll go back!

They were nice enough to fit me in at the last minute, and they were fairly knowledgeable. I usually do all my own maintenance but I had reviewed a $100 gift card for jiffy lube and wanted to use that up, but this location specifically compared to the other ones has a couple employees who know a lot more then just the basics about vehicles. So I’m glad I brought it to this one.

Quick and good service at the right price.

Great customer service, the wait wasn't long at all, even with having 2 vehicles in from of me. They were very thorough with explaining what they did, what they found, and possible solutions to help. It was also the first time I've had them show me that my oil was clean and full. Very impressive all around.

They were quick but didn’t make me feel rushed. They were thorough, let me know things about my car that I wasnt aware of. They were very kind and described everything they were offering/charging me for.

Took my 2025 Honda Pilot in for Service last Sunday at the Jiffy Lube on Cypress across from Chevy dealership. Completed oil change & filter, engine and cabin filters, and tire rotation. The staff at this Jiffy Lube provided excellent customer service, clean facilities, and we’re very happy to answer all questions. Military Veteran friendly staff with Military Discount. Highly recommend! Thanks to the Staff at this local business.

Been going to the same oil change place for 25 some odd years and the last time I left after getting an oil change I realized I was low on brake fluid and radiator fluid. Two things that should’ve been topped off. So after going to Jiffy Lube for the first I’ll be going there from now on as they did everything right plus vacuumed my front seat area. Super friendly folks too!

I recently had a chance to visit the jiffy lube in Redding California on Cypress avenue I found their staff there to be confident and really kind really like those people over there they took the time to explain to me everything that needed to be done and showed me the things that they were working on thank you jiffy lube you guys are great
