I had my car serviced at the Jiffy Lube on East Cypress Ave on 9/21/26 by La, William, and Robert and my experience was great. All the staff were very friendly, informative, and efficient. Would recommend this location.

They did a wonderful job, I have been using them for a long time. I had them check the CVC axles on the front. And everything is okay. They do a wonderful job. And I like They don't try to sell you things that you don't want or need. Good job.

when I thoroughly enjoy about going to Jiffy Lube on Hartnell and Cypress staff extremely friendly professional I love the fact how they bring things to your attention and they take the initiative to do that instead of doing it and it’s OK. It’s just much of a charge so I really enjoy working with them.

Jiffy Lube always been great, there hasn’t been any problems, they always made sure your vehicle is up to date, made sure your tires are in great condition, check your oil, brakes, rotors, windshield wipers and etc…..they see what’s wrong with your vehicle just in case if the engine lights are on, great place to go to, great staff

Super fast service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The woman who greeted me was at my vehicle in under a minute when I pulled up. She explained everything in detail at check in and check out. I was back on the road in about 20 minutes door to door. Great experience!

It had been awhile since I had been to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change and I admit I was impressed. Everything was 5 star from the waiting room with free drinks to the staff who were professional in every way. I was out in under 15 minutes,I shall return.

I recently moved to Redding. Was sad I was leaving behind all of my connections. Because I had not yet found a new place for oil change, I would wait until I was near Sacramento and go to my old place. I could not go any longer so had to get my oil change in Redding. Saw a sign said 15 minute oil change so I thought well at least it won’t take long. At 73 years old I can honestly say it was the most professional, efficient and friendly place I have ever had an oil change. This is great, I know people who complain a lot are always filling out surveys. Since I was unusually satisfied, I better take the time to tell others! Jerry

Everyone was so nice, everything went smoothly and I was in and out within 30 mins!!

I went in for a simple oil change and they asked me about my turn signal not working and it reminded me I had purchased an extra bulb. And since I had that bulb in my glove box they cheerfully said to me they would put it in. Same thing with some windshield wipers I had been intending to install. They helped me get the best price that was available with coupons. Their attitude was super professional and I will probably start having all my oil changes down there even though I don't live in Redding. Thank you!

Fast, friendly, and thorough!

The guy who manages this place, Jared, is AWESOME. We came through with a truck and travel trailer, and immediately he helped to make sure we had clearance and that we were in the correct lane. He was ON IT and super capable. He seems to enjoy what he does, too. We genuinely ENJOYED coming here, as funny as it sounds. They seemed to move everybody through reasonably quickly, too. 100% recommend. First chain auto place that I can say that about.

The east cypress location recently helped me with an oil change, and some new air filters! The staff was super kind and helpful! I also appreciated the Pepsi in the waiting area, that’s a nice touch.
