No better spot in town and plenty of places are definitely much worse.

I love this Jiffy Lube I always take my vehicles there they're always professional courteous and happen to find some loose bolts on my sway bar and tighten them up for me they always go the extra mile to make sure that your vehicle is safe before you leave highly recommended

This is a great place to get an oil change! Really nice guys- they top off your fluids & check your tire pressure & honor whatever coupons you have- and only takes about 15 minutes!

Great service and good prices and very convenient and easy to find so if you visit Redding California and need your oil changed or anything like that I would highly recommend that you stop on by and they will take good care of you and your car or truck

I needed a quik oil change. The guys there are really friendly guys, even gave me some information about the aquar golf. I'd definitely recommend this place. I'll be making this place my regular place to stop into.

Went to Jiffy Lube at this location and received great service. Mike was able to explain everything in detail and provided a thorough breakdown with all the checks from tire air pressure to the conditions of my tires.

We love Jiffy Lube on Market Street in Redding Ca. We have been having all of our vehicles serviced there for over 10 years and won't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and informative.

Really great service. Genuine people working there, I didn't feel as if I was getting ripped off or they were trying to upsell* me. I'll keep going back *auto corrected, I came back and fixed it once I realized.

I’ve been going to Jiffy since I relocated to Redding (6 years now) and has always had great service. My former vehicle had issues and they would let me know my engine was leaking and etc. I can’t remember the street of the shop but it’s located near R&R Meat and Seafood Market.

From the start, I was given top priority service! Opening the waiting room door which was warm and clean. Showing me filters that needed replacing. Then explaining everything that was done and showing me before closing the hood. AND he was right about having the new air filter, I am getting better gas mileage.

I have been going here for oil changes since I moved here. Its close to my place of work and they do quick and efficient oil changes, staff is always friendly and helpful. Today one of my brake lines failed after an oil change. It was not caused by their service just bad luck/coincidence. At this location they dont typically do much more than oil changes and tire rotations. It wasn't safe to drive so they took that into account and went above and beyond to call in an employee that does mechanic work at one of their other locations. They had the part shipped over and they fixed the problem promptly. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation and grateful that it was able to be fixed the same day.
