Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly mechanic. Michael B. He gathered my info and explained the plan of action, and invited me to relax inside where there was an air-conditioned waiting room and cold water. About 10-15 minutes later he came in to show me the condition of my filters (not good) I choose to replace them. Also discussed a few other issues with my vehicle. Very friendly, competent, helpful and thorough. Even offered additional discounts for being a valued customer. I definitely recommend anyone going here.

I actually drove from Chico to Redding for my service. The guys are very fast and efficient. Explains what I need and what oil I could use in my car. Brings in filters and shows me what they look like. No pressure just informative.

Every time I show up to this jiffy lube. I am ALWAYS impressed. Michael takes care of me every time I come in for a quick oil change. Michael looks out for me each visit. Thankful for him. Thanks Mr. ??

The shop was short-handed the morning I was there. The one guy worked efficiently not only for me but other customers as well. He did a great job and I would be happy to recommend this shop to anybody.

Swift and honest service and the technician Mike was extremely informative and knowledgeable.

We’ve used this Jiffy Lube since 1997. They used to vaccum the car they don’t seem to any longer. I was satisfied with the service.

I went in for a routine oil change. The two staff members I interacted with were very polite and respectful. The service didn’t take much time at all. The staff went through the list of things they checked besides my oil. If I owned a business like this: I would hire these people.

Professional service.

This oil change exceeded my expectations! They got me in and out so quickly! I was not pressured to buy extras . I was informed some of my fluids were low and refilled completely free of charge! Mike was so kind and informative. I was provided with a walk through after to show me what was complete . I will not only be back I’ll tell a whole town!

I love this Jiffy Lube I always take my vehicles there they're always professional courteous and happen to find some loose bolts on my sway bar and tighten them up for me they always go the extra mile to make sure that your vehicle is safe before you leave highly recommended

This is a great place to get an oil change! Really nice guys- they top off your fluids & check your tire pressure & honor whatever coupons you have- and only takes about 15 minutes!
