I went in and got a full synthetic oil change along with the tire rotation and was driving off unless then 30 minutes. The staff were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional, and I appreciate them very much.

Jaynee the manager was very professional and friendly. She knew exactly what she was talking about and she had an answer for every question I had. It was also probably the CLEANEST jiffy lube establishment I have ever been to. Jiffy lube should be very appreciative of Jaynee she’s definitely giving them a good rep here at riverside.

Jaynee is so knowledgeable about everything with my car. She really cares about longevity on my vehicle and that is not very common to see. I trust this place 100% with their recommendations they’ve never given me a reason not to especially when Jaynee is there whatever she is getting paid should be more.

I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through the services performed, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The service was quick but thorough, and my vehicle is running noticeably smoother. It’s refreshing to experience customer service done right — organized, respectful, and genuinely attentive. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.

Fast and affordable signature oil change

I went last Sunday early morning and the guys got me in and out for an oil change. No problems or issues. Great customer service as always. I ve been going there for years. Thanks again

Jiffy Lube is a very professional organization that does not try to push extra unnecessary services. They change your car’s oil in a “Jiffy” and at a very competitive price.

The manager was awesome, she answered all my questions very pleasant and positive found me a coupon and save me more, and she didnt have to do that but took the time and made the extra effort. The tech was great too, truly cared about me, my car and came back and explained the details Easy pleasant quick experience. Highly recommended and their right off the freeway. )

Everyone is so friendly

Quick and convenient. Oil change price very reasonable. My only issue was price charged for air filter. Checked parts stores like Autozone and Pep boys, filter between $24 and $31 dollars. Jiffy lube charged $75.

Usually a short wait here but my last oil change was over 2 hour wait. Might try different location next time. Definitely not 15 min oil change

I just popped in for oil change place is very well kept up and friendly service. They have coffee and snacks available for customers. Janie the Manger is excellent in her customer service. I know I will be coming back for my next oil change. They also have a bundle you are able to buy online that saves you a good amount of money. Thank you Steven

They took me in real quick I let them know my concerns and they did oil change coolant ect said I needed transmission fluid next time checked tires everything was a little over a hundred with Oil change coupon.. Glad it’s done. Very kind and Friendly Customer Service ??

Went to jiffy lube on la Sierra,was taking for appointment right away,spoke to tech, explained what I wanted looked at,he was polite and gave me best options available,oil change done well and quickly, would highly recommend

??Honest??Upbeat??Fast??Friendly?? We've been coming here for years, mostly because this is my dad's favorite Jiffy Lube. He makes it a point to tell me everyone that works here is his friend. When we walk in everyone greets us with warmth and kindness. They have never advised us unnecessarily, and always work efficiently to get us in and out in a timely manner, even when they are swamped, which feels rare because they seem to be on top of it each time I've gone in. Jayne and Elijah were a big help today! They made us feel seen, valued, and appreciated. We especially appreciate the coupon they shared and look forward to doing buisness here again.
