Friendly, informative and preformed service quickly

Good service.

Needed an oil change quickly at the end of the day. At 5:45pm I asked ChatGPT if there were any locations near me that was still open and Jiffy Lube was open till 7 PM. I called them to check availability and they said to come on in within the next 45 minutes and they will get me taken care of. I was there within 20 minutes, and from the check-in process to the end of the service, I have nothing but the best things to say about them. This was my son‘s 2016 328i and they made sure to use the long life high-quality liquid Molly 0–20 W Oil. They double check to see if I had a coupon which I did for $35 off. These guys were top-notch and I was out of there within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back.

So fast n easy great team there

Great experience yesterday. I pulled in 30 min before closing and got an oil change and a cabin air filter. I didn’t have to wait long. I had a tech come out and let me know what their inspection had found. I opted for the air cabin air filter and didn't feel pressured when I opted out of a few other of their suggestions. On my way out a tech showed me the oil level on the vehicle and pointed out things they Che led. Very friendly and quick. It’s a bit out of my way from where I live but I think I’ll be returning regularly as the hours of operation and prices are better than my local oil change places and I was very happy with this service.

Completed the requested oil change in a timely manner. In addition, after the oil change, they added some more oil per my request because the oil level indicator (2011 BMW 328i) was showing half full. After driving for a while, the oil level indicator showed MAX. The additional oil was not actually needed, but I appreciated their willingness to add more.

It took 15 minutes! In and out quickly. Called my attention to potential problems with my car.

This is the number one jiffy lube in California. I find it very hard to believe that there's another one in America but I can't say. Every time I come here I get magnificent service and the hospitality is unmatched. Everyone here cares for your car as if it's their own. Haven't been to any other jiffy lube in California especially in Northern Cal that could even compare to this location. My car will go here and only here. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

Always honest, fair and fast service

Highly recommend this place. You are greeted quickly and with employees who love what they do. Then you have a nice place to sit while you wait, which was not that long, and another employee told me what they recommended to have completed. I appreciated the fact they did not push high sales, but educated me and let me make the decision on how to spend my money. They also helped me find my coupon in my email.

needed a quick top off before a road trip and they didn't even charge me, just waved me off. the manager was super chill and checked my tire pressure too. fast and honest, rare for a chain shop.

Everyone working at this location is really cool and polite. They’re willing to answer any questions you may have in fine detail and make you easily understand what you’re getting before you make any purchases. I always get my oil changed here because of the great environment.
