Came to jiffy lube to have a oil change and I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service i received the level of satisfaction was at its highest the tech E Galindo went above and beyond to inspect my vehicle and diagnose issues he found that would have otherwise gone unchecked ,this review is based on his recommendations and attention to detail will definitely be back for service and recommend to others .

Richard and other gent, super friendly and professional. Just had to ask questions about service pricing but good and honest; changed full synthetic oil, filter, topped off coolant and changed black air filter. All charges in line with our Nissan mechanic. Car was filthy, at car wash now, but they cleaned the windows which k appreciate. Will recommend and definitely will return. Nice clean no frills waiting area, water machine and clean restroom.

eduardo is a G. hands down the best worker there. filled up my tires, fixed the sensor light on my dash, let me know that i might need more coolant, and talked to me about how to get rid of potential rat droppings that were in my hood!!!

The 2 associates who helped me were honest, respectful and efficient. Eduardo and Gabriel are awesome. I’ll be coming back.
