This was my first time ever going to Jiffy Lube and I had such a good experience! I was taking my brother’s car in for an oil change since he was at work, and honestly I don’t know much about cars at all ???? but Martin was SO nice, patient, and helpful. He actually took the time to explain what was going on with the car in a way that I could understand and made sure I knew what needed attention. I really appreciated that he didn’t make me feel clueless or uncomfortable for asking questions. He made the whole experience super easy and stress-free. Definitely ask for Martin, he was amazing!! 10/10 customer service!
