Super super nice!!! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who did my oil change but he was very nice also the guy who did the in-take data. Spencer was very kind and answered all of my questions. No bullshit with these folks

Great service every time, thank you so much, I’ll see you soon.

Wow, I stoped in for air for my tires and everyone was so kind. I was due for an oil change. But didn’t plan on this day. Their kindness and professionalism made me want and take the time for the change . Every step of the way it was handled great. Seriously I have never been there I know no one that works for the company. And they were great!!! I don’t normal leave reviews. But even the way the announced “ a customer is leaving “ and several workers said “ thank you “. Wow. Great job yall Nancy Caldwell

Hands down best crew ever. They went above and beyond in helping me with my car trouble and finding a mechanic that could fix my breaks same day. They even called ahead and made my safety a priority. True Jiffy angels. Thanks guys!

Great and friendly service

Spencer at the downtown Sacramento Jiffy Lube gave great customer service and did a great job at the front counter explaining the breakdown of all services completed to my car. Spencer has the personality more employees should try to emulate. Great service all around.

OIL change. They were fast, efficient and friendly.
