Stopped here after work for an oil change. I was in&out within 20mins. Staff members were very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with their customer service skills since it’s something that is lacking with most companies.

These guys were great! They were prompt and efficient. My car wouldn't start due to a ongoing problem it already had, and they couldn't pull my car out of the Bay, they had to push it. They tried to figure out what the problem was and gave me helpful ideas to find out how to fix it. In the end, my car randomly started up, like it always does after a jump start and some time passing by. And the crew was very patient with my car and myself. Thanks guys! You were a lot of help!! I will definitely be back to this location. Store was clean, and more importantly the customer service was excellent. From the time I drove my car into the car port to paying for the services. The technician explained all the recommendations and was not pushy about anything. Made me feel relieved not being obligated or guilted into additional services. Also, I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. Thank you to those who worked on my car today!

03/19/26 at approximately 12pm I had a nice experience at Jiffy Lube on Capitol Ave. The whole team was professional, quick, made the process smooth from start to finish and they kept it real with me. Big shoutout to Francisco J., Evan B., Dyllon L., and Antonio A. for taking care of my vehicle and making sure everything was handled properly. They gave me good advice on what I needed and it wasn't expensive at all. They walked me through the service, didn't pressure me into anything unnecessary, and got everything done efficiently. I also appreciated the inspection and recommendations so I know what to keep an eye on next. Overall, solid service, good communication, and a reliable spot if you need maintenance done. Stopped by randomly and got car serviced after work. Was pleased because the wait wasn't bad and the customer service was very good.

Came in around 4pm on Saturday. Got me in and out in under 9 minutes! Good price for full synthetic plus a $35 coupon, even better.

Went on a Monday morning pretty close to opening time. Took about 45 minutes door to door to get my oil changed. Great service. Speaking as a woman without much car knowledge, i felt like they provided fair recommendations without pressuring me to do anything more than i intended to. Would recommend. Also, check their website for coupons before paying.

Great service! I went to do my normal oil change and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I didn't realized at the moment that needed to do a battery change as well. Guys were super helpful and nice about it.
