Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 3447 Marconi Ave, Sacramento, CA, 95821-6233

OK for everybody reading this Watt Avenue and Marconi Jiffy Lube awesome bunch of folks Andre you’re the man if you go there you’ll hear them talking to one another their safety before the car moves. The place is super clean very informative and great experience if you haven’t been a Jiffy Lube on Watt Marconi give it a shot. Great bunch of guys they do your right thanks Andre !!

Andre has helped me out the last two times I’ve come through. Think I’ll keep going to this Jiffy Lube. Today they got me in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Amazing and fast service! Everyone was so nice and explained every detail to me. I left with an oil change, new light bulb, and new air filter! I love that they check every little thing to ensure your car is safe to drive but they also don't push you to get any extra things done. The price was amazing and of course if you have coupons from their website its even better! Thank you for such a great service :)

Very good service

These guys are the best. Been going to this location for years and they always take care of my Nissan Versa. Great job as always and see you next time.

The Hype is Real! When people talk about oil, they think about the Saudis. They think about the president, about the hormuz straight and venezuela. But they are missing out on Andre' and the staff. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Standard prices. Check for coupons. They are on the web. $33 discount no joke! Direct, Friendly and efficient. Give those guys a raise. They literally deserve it.

Nice always go to jiffy lube Never had a problem

Staff were responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They handled our crisis easily & quickly.

Jeff & Andre were great, quick 15 minute oil change with the convenience of sitting in our truck with our boys. Will be coming back for all oil changes.

While many garages are always trying to sell additional services or products you did not ask for, Jiffy Lube does a comprehensive multipoint inspection looking for leaks, wears, and tears to give an honest assessment of what looks good, what to keep an eye on, and what should be replaced. There were a few items I told the technician I thought I needed, probably $150+ worth, he came back with the inspection showing me all those items looked good. The honesty over what could have been a few bucks for them that day will pay dividends many times over as they’ve earned my business for life.

Polite. Great customer service. Fast service. They also replaced my blinker light and my back middle brake light. Apparently, I didn’t any coolant, so glad I went when I did.

They ALL were so amazing! Super fast, funny, communicative. They were great and super helpful!

Ultra friendly, ultra fast service. Definitely will be returning to this particular Jiffy Lube!

Best costumer service I took my car just 10 mins before closing and they took care of it

Quick service, clean waiting room and great customer service.

maintenance minder was not reset after the oil change The manager made right by coming to me to fix the problem he was concerned for my safety as well as my car. It was a easy reset, no big issue and called me later to check again that the car was running fine. Must change me 1 star to 5 stars. Great customer service.
