Jeff & Andre were great, quick 15 minute oil change with the convenience of sitting in our truck with our boys. Will be coming back for all oil changes.

While many garages are always trying to sell additional services or products you did not ask for, Jiffy Lube does a comprehensive multipoint inspection looking for leaks, wears, and tears to give an honest assessment of what looks good, what to keep an eye on, and what should be replaced. There were a few items I told the technician I thought I needed, probably $150+ worth, he came back with the inspection showing me all those items looked good. The honesty over what could have been a few bucks for them that day will pay dividends many times over as they’ve earned my business for life.

Polite. Great customer service. Fast service. They also replaced my blinker light and my back middle brake light. Apparently, I didn’t any coolant, so glad I went when I did.

maintenance minder was not reset after the oil change The manager made right by coming to me to fix the problem he was concerned for my safety as well as my car. It was a easy reset, no big issue and called me later to check again that the car was running fine. Must change me 1 star to 5 stars. Great customer service.

My experience was great as usual!!! The servicemen are very respectful and knowledgeable. When ever I have to drive long distances I get my car serviced at Jiffy lube . I didn’t get any of the gentlemen’s names !!! However they are on the corner of Watt and Marconi !!! ??????

My car was in need of a brake fluid flush. After calling around, I came across this Jiffy Lube and was told they offer that service. (Fyi, Not all locations do brake jobs). I arrived at a perfect time as I was immediately greeted and assisted immediately. The employees at this location are all professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job and got me on the road in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back here for any work needed in the future.

So many hands on my car. Left prints on the hood. They did not go over the work order with me and I could not read the paper so had to call for an explanation. Rather high price for an oil change. 90! After a 33 coupon. Friendly staff seemed to communicate well with each other.
