I had a great experience. From checking in, to wait time, the staff was polite and helpful. I saw one of the techs be 100% honest with a customer, too. The filter on his car didn’t need to be changed, but the customer thought it did, they brought the customer out to show them why it could wait and to me that’s huge, it shows integrity. I’d just had my windows tinted with ceramic yesterday and they were super careful not to mess with the windows. Full synthetic oil change and a cabin filter later, I was out the door in a very reasonable amount of time and cost. Thank you to the Jiffy Lube staff!

Every team member is thorough and straight to the point with great customer service from start to finish. My personal vehicle and fleet vehicles use them and Id recommend them to anybody, they go above and beyond the services requested.

Excellent service , prices need to be cheaper and your business still needs to vacuum out cars and clean windshields.

After a trying day, I came to your Florin Road Jiffy Lube and was met by most friendly faces- first Jayden, then Stanley. They were professional, efficient, and sensed my need to be helped in getting my oil changed. There was a palpable amount of understanding and care above the simple oil change and they were a catalyst in improving my outlook as I was coming to the close of my day. (A young female employee smiled as she anticipated my need for assurance in knowing all would be well with my oil change.) Imagine a simple service could elicit such an impact with a customer! Please give them your highest rating....and thanks, again, from a returning customer.

I have had my car serviced at the same Jiffy Lube, on countless occasions, and they are so fast, efficient, and the kindest people that I have ever dealt with. Quick and easy. Good welcoming people! Great affordable price just took my Audi a4 2017 in. Running back like a champ.

It was satisfied with the service as it was fast. The only issue was the attendant spilled oil on the engine because he simply wasn't paying attention. I saw it while sitting in the waiting room and I understand this happens sometimes but I would have appreciated being told so I would understand when I see white smoke when I start my car. Again service was fine, just be more attentive.
