Great experience. Staff were polite, FAST, engaging and very knowledgeable abt auto-service. I was in and out within a half hour after an oil, ac and oil filter changes. Thanks guys!!!!

I have had my car serviced at the same Jiffy Lube, on countless occasions, and they are so fast, efficient, and the kindest people that I have ever dealt with. It’s worth driving the distance to get this kind of customer service. Genuine and sincere, and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this Service!!!!

It was satisfied with the service as it was fast. The only issue was the attendant spilled oil on the engine because he simply wasn't paying attention. I saw it while sitting in the waiting room and I understand this happens sometimes but I would have appreciated being told so I would understand when I see white smoke when I start my car. Again service was fine, just be more attentive.

Great services and professional advices, no pressure to buy additional add-ons. I had them replaced the backup light after they informed me it was not functioning.

Best jiffy lube in Sacramento, I've been coming to them for years and every time it seems like they get faster and faster. They have a big parking area too. It's not all tight like all the other oil change shops. They take care of all my vehicles needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I was out of town.

Welcoming, friendly, excellent service i received. Even after my oil change was completed, they personally showed me the fluids been topped off. That's remarkable! I've had horrible experiences with other companies, not changing the filters and fluids that I paid for.
