My favorite jiffy so far.

I really like this location! I’ve been needing an oil change and came here about 30 minutes before closing the guys were so welcoming took my car in with no problem. Jose had great customer services really helpful and explained every step most definitely will be back here again!

Marco is the man! Got my Nissan all tuned up with everything he needed and nothing he didn’t, honoring the coupons I had and providing discounts for unexpected services. In and out in 30 mins!

Did a fantastic job. I forgot the taller fellows name that worked door 2, but he was really professional.

The guys that helped me were fast, polite, and knowledgeable! I wish the price was a bit lower for a full synthetic, however it isn’t the most expensive either! I’ve paid more. Also, I found out after my visit that Jiffy Lube does engine diagnostics. I had a sound coming from my engine… I was trying to figure out. However, they didn’t offer that service yesterday, and I wish they would have because I obviously was looking for that! Perhaps the men on shift weren’t able to offer that service that day, outside of their scope, etc.

These days good service is so uncommon its startling. David was so polite, efficient, friendly I was honestly blown away. They checked everything, I've never had such a complete check at an oil change before without the purpose of a upsale. And all that within 20 of closing when I honestly was expecting a rush job as people were trying to just close up and go home.

Fast service great service

I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on Northgate Blvd, on Saturday, September 5, 2026. The Service Attendants were extremely kind and efficient. They handled my oil change in a very timely manner. I was never made to feel as if I were just a number in a rotation, being hurried through for the next car. Not that they were slow-poking along or anything, but they cared about me as a customer, and I appreciate that. This is a great place for an oil change!

When I pulled up, there was a nice guy directing me to the correct stall. Then I was quickly shown the filters that needed replacing. I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes! Fast, great service, loved watching these guys working as a syndicated team!! My go to shop from now on.

Came in for an oil change and Marcos was doing a great job making sure everything got done in a timely manner! I super appreciate the help and thanks to the rest of the crew too!!

I wish I could give 10 Stars! This Jiffy Lube on Northgate is amazing. They will take care of you and go outside of the box to make sure that you are completely satisfied even if what you are requesting is something that they don't normally do. They care about the community and now I have 2 working brake lights!

All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Service took roughly 30 minutes on a Thursday at about 10 a.m. I will be returning here regularly. It was clear that the staff were working like a well oiled machine.??
