Came in last minute for an oil change. Was greeted and helped immediately by Luis. He explained everything and gave me a great price. This is my go-to place for quick oil changes. Definitely recommend!

The best customer service in the county. I had come from the Toyota dealership feeling frustrated; they told me the oil pan plug was stuck and—while they could try to remove it—if it couldn't be put back in, they would have to replace the entire oil pan. They quoted me $1,000 for the replacement should it prove necessary. I told them I wouldn't take that risk because the cost was exorbitant, yet they still charged me $40 for a tire rotation and a preventive check—services that are usually included with an oil change—but that’s just how it went. When I arrived at Jiffy Lube, Luciano and Luis treated me wonderfully. In the blink of an eye, they performed the oil change using a suction machine—no hassle, no extra charge, and no pressure to buy expensive parts or services—all with a great attitude. Highly recommended—1,000% El mejor servicio al cliente en el condado. Venía frustrado de la agencia Toyota , por qué me dijeron que el tapón de mi bandeja de aceite estaba atascado, que lo podían retirar pero si después no se podía poner tendrían que reemplazar todo la bandeja del aceite, me cotizaron el reemplazo si se tenía que hacer , por 1,000 Dlls, les dije que no tomaría ese riesgo por qué el costo era exagerado, aún así me cobraron 40dlls por rotar mis llantas y una revisión preventiva , cosas que están incluidas en el cambio de aceite , pero pues así paso. Al llegar a jiffy lube Luciano y Luis Me atendieron de maravilla, y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos hicieron el cambio de aceite usando una máquina que succiona el aceite, sin batallar , sin cargo extra y sin querer venderme partes o servicios costosos, y además con una muy buena actitud. 1000% recomendable.

I really appreciated how efficient and transparent they were. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.
