I have been going to the same location for 15-20 years and the service is always great.

This was a quick and efficient way to get my oil changed. I drove right in and they served me right away. It was late afternoon; just on my way home from work on a Tuesday. So go on a weekday before off work hours. They are straight forward, no nonsense and will get the job done at ease. The price is ok, but if you’re just trying to squeeze in an oil change (without wanting to schedule an appointment), it’s a good place to drop in whenever you’re free.

My daughter was having issues with her Toyota and she was getting ready to head home, about 45 min both of the city. Car started acting up and she saw there was a Jiffy Lube near by. She took it to them and they squeezed her in and got her back on the road “in a Jiffy”! I’m her dad and I can’t thank these guys enough for being so kind and helpful! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for honest and fast service!

Needed an Oil Change on a used 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan and got a recommendation from my Uncle. They were everything that he said they were: reasonably priced, efficient in their work, and personally, I checked off all of the expected high-quality service boxes that my Uncle praised them for in his recommendation. The jiffy lube on Van Ness and Pacific is the best business I have ever been in too they're the most respectful the most professional the most helpful business that I have ever experienced this was a unbelievable experience I am 60 years old and I will tell you this I have never experienced better customer service than that the jiffy lube on Van Ness and Pacific You could only do well by going there.

I always bring my car here because everyone is so nice and they take care of my car in a timely manner. Thank you! :)

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location in San Francisco. The mechanics are knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient. Clean waiting room. Excellent location on Van Ness Street.

My experience was positive with great explanation regarding services to be performed on my car, Wilson was knowledgeable, professional, and the service was timely! I will return at the appropriate mileage service time and highly recommend Jiff Lube to all drivers!

They don’t require appointments, just drive in. Oil change was done very quickly. They even cleaned the windows and floor of my car, checked different stuff to make sure everything’s working. It was less than $100 with a coupon online. I’ll visit again!
