Great service and helpful employees

If you have a chance you need to stop in at the Jiffy Lube on trade zone they're absolutely wonderful and they treat you with respect and honestly I'm going back when my car reaches the 3000 Mile mark that's how pleased that was Didn't have to wait long It was over before I got comfortable

It was organized and quick. Would be efficient if the appointment is allowed. Had to wait aroubd 30-40 minutes. Just one concern is seeing all the teenagers working on my vehicle. Hope they are trained good and take the job seriously.

Eric is a very nice person, his team is very professional, and their service is very efficient. (12/02/2025 12:20Pm)?????? On January 29, 2026, the left rear tire had insufficient air pressure. The staff here were very helpful and solved the problem for me without any charge. They provided excellent service with a smile. Thank you so much??????

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube on N.Capitol /Trade zone Cropley for 4 years now. The service (oil change ,etc.) is excellent The people that work here are friendly, helpful and excellent customer service with detailed oriented individuals.

My mom comes to this location and she loves the service here so I went for an oil change yesterday at about 6pm and the service was 10/10. They did my oil change very quickly and they even cleaned my windshield and filled up my tire pressure. They even recommended changing a filter because it was pretty worn out already, I definitely needed that! The employees were very informative and super respectful!!! Thank you so much for taking care of my car needs!! Will be back again ????
