I went in for an oil change this morning around 9:15 and I was the only customer there. I was told it would take about 20 minutes, but I am sure it was faster than that. The guy who rang me up was great. He clearly explained pricing for the services I requested, made a recommendation for a tire rotation, made recommendations for future services that I didn't need today. He even found me a better coupon than the one I brought in with me. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes in the past and I know I got over charged and underserved. I will happily come back to this location for my next oil change. Fast and friendly service!

I stopped by without an appointment because a warning light came on in my car. Even though I hadn’t made a reservation, they checked my vehicle right away and handled everything very professionally. The staff was friendly, explained the situation clearly, and made me feel at ease. I really appreciated the quick response and smooth service. Came in on a Sunday morning for an oil change — they didn’t have the filter for my new car right away, but ordered it on the spot. Whole thing took less than 30 minutes, which honestly blew me away. They even added windshield washer fluid for free. Little stuff like that really shows they care. Huge shoutout to Rafael— he runs the place like it’s his own. Super helpful, friendly, and made sure everything went smooth. This spot is officially my go-to from now on.

This place is solid for a quick oil change. The afternoon or evening team got it done efficiently, no fuss. I think I paid around $110 or less, which felt reasonable for the service.

When I arrived there were 2 vehicles in the bays being serviced - I hesitated for a minute thinking the wait might be long, but the wait time was only 20 minutes to have a full service and inspection completed at a reasonable price.

I live Jiffy lube , it’s a place that everyone is professional and respectful and very helpful for all auto needs ????

A huge shout-out to John, Jesse and Jose for their exceptional service and customer care. I stopped by to get air in my tires and quote for A1 service of my Benz. This is the first Jiffy Lube that was so understanding, considerate and accommodating. They realized the tire pressure and made sure they top it up. As Jesse and Jose helped me, John was running the quotes for A1 and he was efficient with timing. John made sure i understood Service A1's Requirements and budget. John eased my insecurity of runing over the A1 deadline by 100-200 miles and he was like " That is Ok, you dont need to worry and car will be fine " I will always come back again. I went to the Jiffy Lube on 1030 Saratoga Ave in San Jose and two gentleman helped me. Both their names were John. John B and John M. The two of them were the best employees I have ever interacted with at Jiffy lube. They were so kind and explained everything to me. They were the best! You should absolutely 100% value these two guys. I will always take my car back to them.

Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, air filters changed, wipers replaced- I was in and out in 30 minutes, and the guys hooked me up with a $50 off coupon. Excellent service and efficiency, will def go back as opposed to the dealership!
