If you ever want a thorough check up for your car, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube, they check every parts of your car Including tires, Windshield wipers, Air filters, brakes, lights, And Remind you when air filters needs To be replaced. The Workers are very friendly

First off I started off in Castro Valley Jiffy Luibe they was awesome there but was happy to help with me getting my brakes done today So they called the San Leandro Jiffy Lube. Adrian did a awesome job I'm headed to Wisconsin and my oil was changed and my brakes were in bad shape and he did a awesome job Everyone at both locations had great customer service Thank you Manager at the Castro Valley location. For making sure My needs were met.I said I wasn't going to forget his name.lol... I figure I will send message instead and also at Castro Valley the guy with the Dimples that works there Thanks.

I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever at Jiffy Lube thanks to Alten, Eli, and Anika. From the moment I pulled in, they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Getting an oil change isn’t usually something I look forward to, but they completely changed that for me. Alten walked me through the process in a way that was super clear and easy to understand and Eli made sure everything moved quickly and efficiently while still maintaining quality service. Anika was incredibly personable and warm, checking in with me to make sure I had everything I needed while I waited. You could really tell that the team enjoys what they do and takes pride in creating a positive experience for their customers. They weren’t just trying to get me in and out. They actually took the time to talk to me, answer my questions, and ensure I felt confident in the service they were providing. That level of care and professionalism doesn’t go unnoticed and it’s what will keep me coming back. Huge shoutout to this trio for going above and beyond. The team provided me with polite and timely oil change service. They asked me what type of oil desired and if anything I wished to have checked. They looked at fluids, washed windows, and noted items were in good order. The waiting room is spotless and comfortable too.

Jeff was informative and helpful! I was able to get everything needed done within 30 minutes.

BEST Experience Since Day One – Highly Recommend This Jiffy Lube in San Leandro! I’ve had the best experience since day one coming to this Jiffy Lube location in San Leandro for oil changes. The first time I came here a couple of months ago with our cars, Jeff was the one in charge—and he truly exceeded our expectations with top-notch customer service. He was professional, welcoming, and clearly takes his job seriously. From the moment we arrived, Jeff greeted us with a friendly smile and was ready to assist. He walked us through the full list of inspections included in the service package, and we were honestly surprised by how thorough it was. It really showed how much this location values the importance of vehicle safety and maintenance. Jeff made us feel confident that our cars were being properly cared for. He clearly communicates the importance of keeping your vehicle in good condition, and his attention to detail and customer care make a big difference. I highly recommend visiting this Jiffy Lube—especially when Jeff is on duty. Just ask when you don't know... Very frustrating when people go to shops and assume every shop and employees are the same. My experience, overall was great they ask what I want, what I need and what I should have done.. but with no pressure. The people who work here in my opinion... Great and Awesome! From the moment that, i drove in everyone was polite and friendly. I requested a Radiator flush and an Oil change. They worked efficiently and on a timely manner. They made me aware of what they were doing. Thank you!

Great, fast, efficient and honest, the attendant showed.me my oil filter. Had my tires rotated and also they vacuumed the inside of my car which I appreciate. I will return after 6000 miles.
