Great job, excellent communication from the team when they ran into some small issues, in and out quick.

Jay explained everything so well, and I really appreciated it.

Excellent customer service. I arrived and was busy. My truck got sent in right away. Someone noticed my truck was placed in ahead of someone waiting. I watched as they explained to the customer their mistake, my truck would wait and they would allow him to go first. Was very impressed by the customer service and kindness given to everyone there. Will come back

Courteous is definitely the word! They tended to me quite well, & even double checked their automated system thing I had to use to make sure everything was cool. & to get my fluid changed cost me quite a bit less here than other spots.

All of the men working today we’re very Professional and kind. It’s the best group they’ve had.

Higuera location is always professional and efficient!

The jiffy lube on Higuera st was great. Everyone was very welcoming and answered any questions I had about my vehicle. Steven helped me out with getting an inspection done. He was very positive, and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go. The service was quick and easy. Very much recommend this location!!

They took care of me , in communication with the AG shop to ensure my car was ok and went the extra mile @ no extra charge very nice Mechanic

New electronic check-in is efficient and easy to navigate. The staff make sure however to continue personal customer service - so you still feel attended to. They were efficient and friendly.
