Yesterday we stopped in to Jiffy Lube in SLO on Higuera and the guy who helped us was very professional and friendly and immediately tended to what we needed. It was a simple fix but he treated it as though it was just as important as any other service. Thank You! We appreciated your help!

Friendly service but was understaffed at the time; was told 45 minutes but took over an hour. Staff apologized for delay and my impression was that they were doing their best.

Always worth the time to help prolong the life of the car between full maintenance milestones.

We needed a smog check on Sunday to sell our truck. We pulled into the SLO Jiffy Lube as it opened at 9 am. They took the truck into an auto bay, we paid $67 when completed and we were out of there by 9:30 Everyone was extremely friendly, hard working and efficient. Most excellent service and reasonable price, which included the $8.50 DMV fee.

I had to come in for a Lyft/Uber vehicle inspection. I came at a bad time because it was busy but they got me in as fast as possible. They even rearranged the cars so that I would get my car done next. Meaning they do keep track of who gets here first. Anyways good service friendly staff all around good place

Very polite staff. Impressive that they were able to pull up my service history across the county all from a handheld tablet. But the waiting room was pretty dreary. Also, not all that long ago, oil changes cost $30. But now $123?! (OK, boomer)

Great Service. Surprisingly no pressure I was hesitant going because of reputation, and past experience at other places, of oil changing places up selling and pushing all sorts of other services. But did not receive any pressure at the start. They did do an engine inspection and reported what they felt may need service, but there was zero pressure in getting me to do it. They also topped off several fluids that were low, and cleaned the windows at no extra charge. Walked out paying what was quoted. Will go back.

Every time I come here everyone is so friendly and helpful! Service is always fast and informative.

Everyone was informative and friendly. Overall oil change service was great.

Made an appointment and despite all the drop ins, they stayed within the 45 minutes

Went here for a smog check. Didn't pass the first time and one of the employees write done the part i needed to buy and told me how to fix it myself. Appreciated that! I came back after fixing it and the car passed the smog check. They all were so nice and fast. I enjoy going to this jiffylube

Friendly staff and quick service. Smog went well, they washed the windshield, and also pointed out any other recommendations from their multi-point inspection. Look on their website for a $10 off Smog check coupon
