I came in because my car was leaking oil. Chandler helped me out and he was super accommodating and was honest which can be hard to find when getting things fixed with your car. He even cleaned my headlights while I was waiting. This is my favorite jiffy lube in San Diego county.

The service was quick and affordable. Alexis did an amazing job and when I forgot I was driving a manual and stalled in the garage they were professional enough not to laugh at me... Only try to hide their smirks

Just came into Jiffy Lube in San Marcos because our car had been leaking oil in our driveway. I had recently gotten an oil change from a competitor to not be named (it was Valvoline) and they had not properly sealed the plug which was causing the leak. Chandler and Alexis took great care of us and were professional and kind and even make the experience enjoyable with my 4-year-old daughter in the car.

I was in town and needed an oil change. I found Jiffy Lube. What a delight Alexis is. So very personable and helpful

Everytime I come to this location the staff is super attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a maintenance light come on one time and they helped me diagnose my cars issues. They truly are incredible genuine people, especially Chandler and Alexis! I will only take my car to this Jiffy Lube because of their staff!
