Jared was awesome did an oil change on my flatbed truck that was oversized, they accommodated me and got the job done right . Very happy with the service and the price was way cheaper than the dealer. Even checked all the tire pressures.

Jared at San Mateo location on El camino was great, he was very professional had good energy made me feel welcome and loves to serve people.

I had a tire emergency on the way to Oregon. Had some tread come off the tire while driving and took it in to get the tires rotated since most places didn't have availability to swap my tires. They were honest with me I shouldn't be driving on it and referred me to a tire shop about 20 min away that could help me same day. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind.

Quick and friendly service for oil change. But there was a miss in that window cleaning and carpet vacuum were in the service description and invoice but those were not performed.

It is my cars hospital. :). I have tried 2 other places. Nope! This particular store is my happy choice.

Service Advisor came in to show me one of my defective lug nuts during tire rotation - I was thankful for his honesty.

I have been to this location a number of times and each one, I have been blown away by the exceptional service I received. I’ve told friends and family about it because it actually makes me look forward to getting my car serviced, and I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I could thank each of them personally, but they all deserve a raise!

Great spot to get oil changed etc. Wish they had one Bay that took appointments. I went there three times because each time the lines were long —- over an hour to 2 hours waiting. Other than that they are fast friendly and professional.

Oil change completed professionally on our Bronco. David was excellent. He made my family feel comfortable while we waited, and was incredible kind and thoughtful. The whole team worked to provide a thorough inspection and oil change. They were very busy, so it took a little longer than I expected, but the customer service more than made up for it. And I was impressed the shop had a clean bathroom - too often overlooked in places like this, and much appreciated it was clean.
