Went in for an oil change, service was quick. They also refilled the air in my tires when I mentioned they were a little flat. They overfilled it by about a quart, but when I brought it back they did a whole new oil change for free, filling it to the correct level.

Fantastic service!! I came in with issue getting my lights replaced and Aaron, Roman and Bryan were so helpful and gracious with assisting me to get back on the road driving safely. I’ve previously went here for oil changes exclusively, but I appreciated that they went above and beyond to help me in a pinch when I needed it! Thank you!!

They were fast and efficient. They flagged a couple of system leaks that I knew about as it’s an older vehicle. Roman was a top notch associate!!

My mom’s car randomly broke down at this Jiffy Lube yesterday and I can’t begin to express how above and beyond they went to try and help her! The staff members treated her with so much kindness and respect and literally tried to resolve her car issues for hours. We always come here for our oil changes and they consistently do a great job for a great deal. I just wanted to give them a major shout out for being amazing human beings!

Pure awesome. I was hesitant because it was a Jiffy Lube but I had no choice but to go here. I was welcomed with a non-pushy genuine staff. THERE WAS NO UPSELL WHATSOVER! Highly recommend this place. Would seriously considering scheduling a time to get an oil change here whenever I visit Santa Cruz!
