Service is satisfactory

These guys were great.

We got in right away, and they were efficient, thorough and knowledgable. I had my newborn with me and the team even helped by offering to throw away a dirty diaper for me! Best customer service ever.

All I can say is that Santa Maria has the best dependable Jiffy on the Central Coast. In Santa Maria they also have a best and knowledgeable staff.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and prices were great! Cabin air filters and other filters were priced excellent. I asked staff to check on these and they showed me the condition of mine. This helped me determine if I need a new ones, which I did.

Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had my oil change done and they got me in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Went on a Saturday for 2019 BMW for an oil change . Fast, have a waiting room with a clean restroom, professional.

I needed oil added to the engine of my car as well as a tire repair. I wasb on my way to work and literally pulled in to see if they could help me and to my surprise they finished in under 15 mins and had me on my way at NO CHARGE and may I add I wasn't late to work either due t to their readiness, efficiency and above all their courtesy ! Thank you and Ii will be back!

Julio definitely went above and beyond in handling the oil issues I had on my Flex. Not only did they find out exactly what it was but actually showed me while it was up in the air. Gives you a real peace of mind on the price of work when YOU believe in the help you're getting. Fixed it and then showed me what was done. The communication on this trip to Jiffylube was unlike any other so I really appreciate your help.

I had the oil changed on my car at Jiffy Lube. It was fast, easy and smooth. The technician recommended additional work but I let him know that I needed to talk to my husband before I made a decision. They were very kind and didn’t push the issue. I recommend going to Jiffy Lube.

Went in for an oil change, but they found (and removed!) the rat's nest that my Honda dealer detected, but couldn't find.
