Danny went above and beyond to diagnose the issue with my car, even staying after hours to do so. Although my car needed additional repairs elsewhere, he ensured that I could drive safely in the meantime.

I went in for a quick oil change on my lunch break and was greeted by Esteban who had such a warm presence from start to finish. He made sure to tell me the concerns about my car in detail and had me in and out in no time. Highly recommend him for employee of the year if that’s a thing at this establishment. :p

I came in right before they closed and I assumed they would turn me back around. To my surprise, after checking with his crew, Roberto helped me out with a smile. Him and Lizandro got the job done fast and well!

Roberto was the absolute best. So awesome and helpful!

I arrived 10 minutes before closing. Everyone had a wonderful attitude. They swapped my windshield wipers in just a few minutes and got me on my way. This is a rental car from budget so I was unable to take it back to Budget to have it taken care of. The local auto parts store didn't have the windshield wipers for the car and so I was stuck taking it to someone. I would 100% use these folks again. Their attitudes were wonderful and their service was beyond compare

I went in the morning on a Friday and they were done so crazy fast. They vacuumed and cleaned my windows which I desperately needed! Everyone was super nice. Definitely coming back for more work!

HONEST WORK! This place from the moment you walk in has such a welcoming aura! Everyone is always smiling and welcoming! I came in for a oil change and could not be any more grateful with these guys, they made sure everything was running smoothly and they did mention a few services my car did need but NEVER made me feel Obligated or pressured to get the service! These men always treat me with respect, they always take care of my car I live close to Playa I literally drive to Santa Monica to get my oil changed. It's really well worth the drive from me for the customer service and for the work that they do. I've been to a few other jiffy lubes in the past but I'm committed to Pico location

Lawrence and Mario were super helpful! This is my 3rd time back and they always recieve me with a smile and remember me and my dog. All guys there are very welcoming and helpful honestly the best jiffy I have been at soo far. They really do go beyond their services!

Really great oil change. Let me know other issues with my car. Showed me the issues and explained what can happen if I don't get it fix. Was not forcing me to fix it on the spot but let me know that they can help and how much it would cost.

I came in to see why my car was showing Maintenance on oil filter and was a bit stressed out due to how the car was behaving on the street. Matthew and another young man Were there to help me out.

Came here for suspecting a car battery issue. They were very helpful and informative. They assessed our car battery, ran some simple diagnostics and gave a clear quote on the full fees. Gave us no pressure to proceed and did not charge us for any of the services when we told them we couldn't do it today. Definitely would come back for services!

I came to this shop because I thought I had an issue with my alternator. The mechanic did a thorough test, checking its output voltage and pinpointed the exact cause of the issue. He showed me the output and explained everything very professionally. I have three cars, and I've tried other shops in the area like Pep Boys, Nerd, and others, but by far this place was the most professional and honest in my experience. Now I'm going to come here for all my car maintenance. Thanks again!

Daniel & Lawrence were awesome & helped me immediately upon arriving. I’m a regular at other Jiffy Lube locations. Before even exiting my car, they had already looked up my car’s needs in the Jiffy Lube database. They showed me the fluids in my car (time for a change) & the price rundown, later on the computer. They offered alternative solutions of waiting on some of the fluid changes to save me money. I went ahead with all of the fluid changes as they found a discount. You can tell this team likes & enjoys their work and helping others. Great detailed service and such positive, helpful, fun energy here. Thanks you all ???? ??!
