As I am a TCC AGM in Vegas, I had came out here for PTO and ran into a little skid plate problem. The GM here which was just at my location not long ago for top off on his vacation literally returned the favor! The way he ran his shop per policy treated me like I was truly a guest is amazing. The shop is clean, smelled amazing and everyone was in uniform and PPE per policy! I want to say thank you for treating me well and even offered to check tires and all of the necessities before I went home!!! I KNOW THIS GETS TO THEM PLEASE SHOUT OUT THE WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR GM AT THIS LOCATION!!!! YOU ARE WELCOME IN OUR CITY ANY TIME!!! Thank you again!!!!

Such an insanely good experience. Danny helped me out with my oil change, fluid top offs and ended up replacing my engine filter which I didn’t know I needed. Super transparent and helpful!

Excellent service. It meant so much that I pulled in to ask for help with my tire pressure and they immediately helped me with no expectation of payment. They did it for a guy right before me too! This is why I believe in humanity!

Danny was my attendant at this location in Santa Monica and he was beyond friendly! Greeted me with a smile as soon as I pulled up and went out of his way to provide satisfactory service and help me with any issues. I’d be lucky to get him again!

I went in today for an oil change but they were also very helpful pointing out anything else my car needed. Danny explained what other things needed to be serviced (like my coolant and brake fluid being overdue) and even gave me possible options if I couldn’t afford things at the moment. Overall I had a very positive experience and didn’t feel taken advantage of.

They are great. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I recommend this location to everyone

I went in for a quick oil change on my lunch break and was greeted by Esteban who had such a warm presence from start to finish. He made sure to tell me the concerns about my car in detail and had me in and out in no time. Highly recommend him for employee of the year if that’s a thing at this establishment. :p

I came in right before they closed and I assumed they would turn me back around. To my surprise, after checking with his crew, Roberto helped me out with a smile. Him and Lizandro got the job done fast and well!

Roberto was the absolute best. So awesome and helpful!

I arrived 10 minutes before closing. Everyone had a wonderful attitude. They swapped my windshield wipers in just a few minutes and got me on my way. This is a rental car from budget so I was unable to take it back to Budget to have it taken care of. The local auto parts store didn't have the windshield wipers for the car and so I was stuck taking it to someone. I would 100% use these folks again. Their attitudes were wonderful and their service was beyond compare

I went in the morning on a Friday and they were done so crazy fast. They vacuumed and cleaned my windows which I desperately needed! Everyone was super nice. Definitely coming back for more work!

These men always treat me with respect, they always take care of my car I live close to Playa I literally drive to Santa Monica to get my oil changed. It's really well worth the drive from me for the customer service and for the work that they do. I've been to a few other jiffy lubes in the past but I'm committed to Pico location
