I was automatically greeted by Juan, he pulled me straight forward to handle business. Alejandro professionally starring fueling my vehicle with oil. It made it easy for me. I was in and out. Easy Peasy.

The work was finished exceptionally quick, and the whole time the guys working were unbelievably friendly and fun. You could hear them joking with each other while they worked, definitely a grade A environment allowing the workers to not be low morale throughout the day. A good mix of professional and fun.

Been getting my oil changed here for almost a decade! Always feel like they’re quick, and don’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge.

Juan & Hugo were great! Super friendly and great service. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Efficient, convenient and straightforward service make Jiffy Lube a standout among other businesses. I appreciate that I am not lectured about additional services or materials that drive up the cost of service. Though the range of oil was explained to me, once I made my selection, the service began immediately and without further discussion. My tire rotation and oil change were completed within an hour and I was on my way. I definitely prefer Jiffy Lube over the service department at the dealership, where upselling services and materials are so common. The convenient location is another major bonus for me!

Galpin Mazda wanted over $850 and to keep the car overnight for the same service I paid $383 for here at Jiffy Lube and had done on 30 min. I got cabin and engine filters, the premium oil change and engine radiator flush. I called Sigifredo at the location on Ventura Blvd. He was so pleasant and took time to show me under the hood and explain what work would be done. The whole staff made me feel like a VIP. You can also go back for 3 months from your service for free fluid top offs!
