I called Jiffy Lube to make an appointment for an oil change, but no one answered the phone. I decided to stop by anyway and asked if I could get an oil change. I also asked if something was wrong with their phone, and they explained they weren’t taking appointments and were only accepting walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. They told me the wait could be anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and a half, but the service was much faster than expected. I arrived around 11:30 a.m., and by 12:10 p.m. I was completely done. Juan and Hugo were both so friendly, helpful, and professional. They even put a reminder sticker on my windshield for my next oil change, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience. Fast service, friendly staff, and a much shorter wait than I expected. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be back!
