Loved the quick, efficient, and friendly service. The guys here were super helpful, payed close attention to detail and got me in and out in a jiffy....no pun intended :)

Very professional and knowledgeable.

The two staff members who assisted me were very accommodating and professional. Even though they didn’t have the exact part needed for my car, they gave me the option to quickly get the part myself and kindly offered to install it for me when I returned. It was already close to closing time, but they still took care of it without hesitation. That extra mile of service really counts and was truly impressive. Thank you for the excellent customer care!

I had a great experience! The guys there are very knowledgeable and patient with their customers. They explained what I needed and when they proceeded to correct the issue, they showed me what the parts looked like when I brought my car in, and what it looked like after they worked on it. The service was quicker than anticipated. I felt really comfortable and happy with the whole service. Definitely will be going back!

my maintenance light was on and I went in but apparently they said my oil was good and it was full and clean and I did not need an oil change so they chose not to charge me even though I'm sure they could've because I probably would've fell for it so anyway they're honest and I appreciate that so I will definitely be back when I do actually need an oil change ??

Great, very professional very polite very informative price a little high they used to do my own so that tells you something when I started getting my own oil changes done by others. I remember it’s $29.

Customer Service A++ Thoroughly examined my vehicle on needed internal fluids, air in tires, signals. offered several options on fluids needed and explained differences. The facility was very clean and organized. Also the employee task chart was displayed with evenly distributed tasks. Friendly accommodating knowledgeable employees they worked greatly together as a team.

Came in for an oil change it was well taken care of. Guys were friendly, polite, and Professional. Come here the last few times and I’ve had no issues and I enjoy the interaction. Another good experience.

The service especially the technicians who worked on our old Toyota vehicle still being maintained did a careful, thorough job checking for car leaks everywhere before doing a thorough oil/filter/gasket change. From my perspective, there is no better way to change oil than a pit underneath the vehicle for dropping the oil and seeing the entire underbody close up while not disrupting the vehicle via typical lifts raising the vehicle instead. Nice job Jiffy Lube, and thanks for maintaining responsible, caring employees who communicated about everything along the way.

Great group of guys working here. If you own this shop it’s time to spend a tiny bit of money and upgrade the computer system from windows xp and dot matrix. The check out took just as long as the oil change because your computer is from 1993. Thanks. Car works great ??

Great customer experience with Jiffy Lube. Location is the one next to McDonald’s in Simi. The staff there are very patient and knowledgeable. Andres and Sean are very helpful. I had my kids with me and of course they were screaming in the car. The staff there made the oil change efficient and smoothly. Highly recommended.

I came to jiffy Lube this morning to get my 2022 Volkswagen Atlas oil changed. I was greeted by Dalton this morning with a very, very pleasant attitude and a wonderful disposition asking me what Services I would prefer today and how he could help me further. I gave him my detailed list which wasn’t very much, but he was extremely diligent and making sure that he got it done as well as Andreas is taking care of the undercarriage of my vehicle. These two gentlemen have impeccable manners and service diligence. I want to congratulate them and let Jiffy Lube know the assets of these two gentlemen are non-compared to any that I’ve dealt with before they are by far the best service people I’ve dealt with.
