They were so busy, but took care of everyone, very professional and did a great job.

I pulled up. They gave me an oil change On my work truck didn’t really tell me much but I assumed they did their jobs. Give me a receipt and I was out of there and 10/15 minutes.

Excellent and patient services. Everyone at the Simi Valley location was great, kept me informed, and worked with me on the pricing of their services especially when I needed new shocks. They found the problem and was able to fix it that day!! Awesome!

Quick, transparent, and helpful (they changed out my headlamp lol). Thank you! I come in every 3~ months. Been a reliable customer for 2+ years

Matthew (not 100% sure on name, please forgive me) and Ricardo were the two employees assisting me this past Monday, 2/9/2026 service visit. I arrived 45 minutes prior to closing time and without a scheduled appointment; still I was greeted with friendly, prompt and professional service with a smile. Both employees were very knowledgeable and helpful and assisting me with selection of products and services better suited to the needs of my vehicle. I did not experience the stereotypical pressure of “fast-lane oil change service facilities” upselling, promoting other services or speaking in a vernacular not easily comprehended by the average citizens. The price for FULL SYNTHETIC BLEND OIL & OIL FILTER CHANGE was pretty hefty, in my personal opinion ($100-120 w/tax)— I was blessed to find a $15 coupon online while in store. So considering the quick, convenient service with super helpful and friendly staff- the price was reasonable and l would recommend to others needing relative service(s) and/or information. I gave a 4 out of 5 star, as opposed to 5 out of 5 stars, solely based on price. I generally budget 3 month oil changes to range <$100, but again for the convenience and spur of moment time, these services were right on time— so thank you again! May God bless the young me who assisted and may God bless the person reading this. ??

My experience at Jiffy Lube was excellent. I called ahead. They said come on down when I got there. It was a the bay was open. They put my car on the rack. They told me I didn’t need an oil change yet. I still had like 2000 miles to go then I had a little knocking in my car and they helped me out with it. They told me what they thought it could be. They didn’t have to do that very professional love my experience definitely coming back for a radiator fleshing and oil change in 2000 miles. I think them for their service and I hope you all had a great experience like me.

The wait was much longer than expected. I only needed an oil change but a truck before me was having several repairs done. I suggest that they use one bay for a single service and another for multiple services. One car decided to leave after waiting. Customer service was polite and capable. The cost was higher than expected.

I have a jiffy lube in Moorpark, but I’ll drive the extra distance to go to the Simi branch, great crew that works at the Simi location.

Very friendly service as well as letting me know about issues they found that were not part of the oil change.

Quick amazing service and very clean welcoming space.This is what a quick lube truly is! Everyone was super friendly & informative. Much better experience than being stuck at the oil changers around the corner. Jeffery and Issac helped explain my issue with oil consumption on my brand new Kia.
