Had an emergency; the shield on my car was dragging on the street. Jesus and another guy working there (I apologize I don't remember his name).

I had scheduled an oil change online, and they were able to take me in an hour earlier than my appointment. I was extremely worried about getting scammed, as I had been taught to be cautious about getting my vehicle serviced at automotive corporations. I had my guard up, but Dalton and Josiah answered all my questions and reassured me about the service. Dalton was understanding of my concerns and explained the breakdown of the cost to me in detail. I left after the oil change and came back a few hours later, despite it being after closing time. I was still skeptical that I had somehow been scammed and wanted to ensure that my oil filter had actually been replaced. Dalton reassured me again and spoke with me about how providing quality service and being honest with customers is better than making things more difficult for them. Being honest with people helps build customer loyalty, as opposed to scamming people and expecting them to return when they run into an issue with their vehicle. Dalton even gave me a torque adjustment and signed the oil filter to provide me with additional reassurance. I was very pleased with my experience, and I hope to come back again when I need another oil change.

They were great. I went in on a Saturday expecting to wait, however they got me right in. They were friendly and professional.

Jesus was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything clearly to me, then when my vehicle was done, he went over the service checklist with me. I had questions and he answered all my concerns. He is great at dealing with customers.

I came in for an oil change. There were 2 vehicles ahead of me. Still I was in and out as expected. They even checked all fluids and topped them off. The guys were very professional and great at communicating with me during my wait time. I would recommend this location for your service needs.

For a car repair type place where people can be salty sometimes, everyone here was super friendly, polite and thorough.

Fixed both of my break lights free of charge! I got my own from autozone and they fixed in under 5 minutes.

They were unable to remove a part and didn’t want to break it. As they couldn’t complete the work, they topped up the oil for free to compensate.

These guys are usually great, but this time they were even more exceptional. I only went for my usual oil change but this time was different. They washed my front windows, replaced the air filter, and even applied coupons that I didn’t get for myself (I did not print or simply have ready). I wasn’t charged for the extra service, and the people helping me were very kind and professional despite how busy they were. Thank you guys!

Workers friendly, great service

I randomly stopped by on a Sunday because the tire shop across the street was closed. While they didn’t have their tire service available ALL of the guys that were working that day helped me and checked out my tires that were stressing me out due to my car notification on the dash. I really appreciated their help!

Great service experience. Immediately someone came out, welcomed me and let me know the wait time. Very efficient getting everyone organized and welcomed. Service was speedy and they checked everything. Friendly,speedy, confident service.

4th time going to this location in Simi Valley with my Honda Civic. Very professional and always do a great job. Good customer service and they keep you informed of the progress. They also find me better coupons then I do.

Took my high mileage CIVIC Si in for a synthetic oil change, and I was in and out in about 35 mins on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommend this location, they are professional and efficient

This is my go-to place whenever I have car trouble. The service is always great, and the team is professional, honest, and helpful. Today I was helped by Rafael and Trenton. They were excellent customer service. Both were very knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. I’m back rolling now. :)

Great customer service, waiting around over an hour not so great but overall they were kind, professional and very informative

Had a plugged AC Drain while visiting from out of town, and they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes while also checking all my cars fluids.

I’ve been going to this location for years and I always receive great customer service. They always let me know how my car is doing and what other services it might need. They are always honest. They don’t pressure me or try to upsell me for the extra services, they just let me know they can do it if I decide to go there. Also I always find coupons online ???? I will continue to be a customer here.
