Always fast & efficient. They get the job done been going there for the past three years literally only to that one I’ve meet 4 different managers that moved higher up in the company. Its close to my house but even if it wasn’t I’d still drive there. They know everything about my car & who I am all the stuff so thank y’all keep doing what y’all doing.????????????

This place seemed like a good value considering oil change prices are crazy these days. In short, they were competent and efficient. They gave me a discount from a digital coupon but 12 bucks a quart for synthetic is kinda pricey. May return but always on the lookout for better value somewhere.

The guys were very helpful, respectful and very well excellent customer service. Someone with no patience they had me in and out. Couldn’t ask for a better team????

There are two locations in Stockton, where I live, and I took my sons vehicle earlier this week to be serviced and the following day I took his mother‘s vehicle to be serviced because I’ve been coming here for years. I have never had a problem in the Customer Service is second to none. I went to the hammer Lane location and it was packed with customers so I went over to the Jiffy Lube on West Lane and Bianchi. and as soon as I showed up here came six other people right behind me. I think it’s a testament to the Customer Service. One thing I noticed is not only are they fast and expeditious. But they are very thorough in their inspection. The two technicians that were helping me were very attentive to every single detail of my vehicle, they explained to me what needed to be done, what doesn’t need to be done and at the same time we’re able to check other customers in so that they’re not just waiting. Everybody is very polite. I was able to use my coupon. They keep accurate service records of my vehicle and I am just overwhelmingly pleased with the service they provide. Like I stated earlier, Me Me, my son, my kids, mother as well as my own mother all come to Jiffy Lube. Thank you all very much for your excellent service on the cold days, on the rainy days, and on the days where it’s above 100°. Thank you so much
