I been going to Jiffy Lube a couple of times. I live around the area and they were nice. I recommend that before you guys go make appointment to take your car for maintenance I'm sure they will be more comfortable to help you.

Both of my high beam headlights were fused! The manager and his two staff were so quick and efficient in replacing both lights! I was able to be up and running immediately after work, as the store is two blocks from work! Thank you!

This place does a great job with their service center. However, they should probably change their hours to close at 5:30 PM because they do not accept vehicles past 5:35PM. It always drives me crazy that a company says they’re open till six but they stopped taking vehicles earlier.

Juan was very helpful and insightful regarding my oil leak post ool change. . He took care of the leaking gasket and replaced it. Highly recommended the Sylmar location.

An impulsive drive-by brought me here, after an online estimate gave me comparative shopping confidence. Not needing an appointment and being located off the freeway helped me check off the task easily. Fast, efficient, with complete transparency— a great value. Mgr Juan warmly shared his expert advice, to plan ahead any future maintenance. I was reassured, after a dealer had made a scary, big-$ prescription (without inspection) that turned out to be unnecessary. Stress reduction! When JL’s machine for the free interior vacuum offer was temporarily on the fritz, Juan offered me a free car wash next-door. Plus I was out the door in lightning speed! Glad I added new wipers, tested right after that car wash. Perfect sweep, with zero hassle to get ‘em. A total 5-star experience. Thank you :)
