Hi there I went into Jiffy Lube Tarzana today and my Mechanic referred me there and so did several of my Friends & Family! As soon as I drove in I felt like I was the only Customer there even though it was very busy my oil change was very fasr and wonderful. I spoke to Salvador he was great! The one who I was Lucky to do my car was Carlos! Ok I have to warn you that Carlos loves to laugh and is hillarious! So make him laugh! I felt like I knew these guys forever, very comfortable and very nice. PLEASE IF YOU WANT A GREAT JOB GO THERE THEY WILL NOT DISSAPOINT!!! AND PLEASE TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY TO GO THERE AS WELL!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IN YEARS! HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. THEY NOT ONLY DO OIL CHANGES BUT THEY HAVE OTHER SERVICES THAT THEY DO AS WELL! THE REASON I AM DOING ALL CAPS IS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT YOU TO MISS THIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS IS DEFINITLY MY NEW PLACE TO GO!!! FOR SURE. EXTREMELY SATISFIED PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO THERE SUMMER IS COMING AND YOU WANT YOUR CAR IN TIP TOP SHAPE THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!
