Wow! These guy were very thorough. They checked many things in my car that I never even thought of. They helped me make decisions for what was necessary and what was not. They were very nice and took their time while being patient and quiet while I had my sleeping little one with me. Probably the best jiffy lube have ever been to!

Nate was amazing! It was my first time here with my truck, but they took good care of me. He was even able to get me serviced before my scheduled appointment, which was amazing. Very good with communicating, kept me in the loop with everything, and walked me through whatever I needed. Would recommend and will be back :)) Price was soooo much cheaper than I anticipated, and so thankful for that.

We got an oil change on a day that was very busy, but the staff was kind, polite, and took the time to tell us what our car needed. Nate, the manager, was amazing and took care to treat us right and not as just a number among the many customers. Highly recommend, and Nate especially so.

Staff and service is professional and courteous. Highly recommend for vehicle maintenance. I will be back for future service or repairs.

I've been to a couple other locations in the past but this one is really nice with the amount of communication they provide as well as customer service. They speak with each other very clearly so when you are in your car waiting you understand what's happening around you, and they do give some courtesy services that feel like a nice extra touch to make the money feel even more justified. Everyone has been very nice and professional and was surprised compared to other experiences I have had in the past!

Came in for an oil change, a tire rotation, and to have my tire pressure checked, I called before coming in since I only had about an hour to wait, and Nate was very helpful on the phone and in person. I mentioned that my car was taking a little longer to turn over than usual, and he was able to diagnose immediately that I likely needed a new battery. He had the battery tested, and he was right. I also mentioned my brakes were a little squeaky and he checked those immediately as well, and gave me peace of mind that they looked good. He even came in to let me know that the wear on my tires looked even, and I wouldn’t benefit much from a rotation, and gave me the opportunity to decide if I still wanted to pay for one at this time. They got me out in time, took great care of my car, and were very patient when I decided last minute to change the type of oil for my car. Because I was getting a new battery and an oil change, they were also able to find me a better coupon than the one I had. Overall, I will definitely return to this location and I am grateful for all of the help from all the techs, and the time Nate took to educate me on my car.

Went in for an oil change and was very satisfied. I was helped out by Ray and Emma but the whole staff (Gabe, Ceasar and Andrew) worked as a team and made sure I was in and out, whole thing only took about 15 mins! Very satisfied, amazing customer service, will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube on Winchester Rd. Nate the manager took real good care of me and made sure everything was handled perfectly. His team provided quick, professional service from start to finish. Most importantly, this location is very veteran-friendly. Highly recommend Nate and his crew!
